Before partly resuming work next week, and cooking at home that might take a backseat, I decided to do something I had planned always but never executed - Using Rotisserie to roast a whole chicken! I marinated it in about two cup dahi, two tblsp kashmiri chilli powder, one tblsp each of - coriander, jeera , amchur( did not have chaat masala) , Everest kitchen king masala, salt and kasoori methi- let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 7 hours and then cooked it on rotiserrie mode for about an hour at 200°C! I also did brush on a little oil for a couple of times. The result was absolutely juicy , perfectly cooked tandoori chicken and a perfect meal for Saturday night! ♥️ Tag / Mention us in your #homecooking posts to get featured here!
