Today’s #mealprep included several baked goods including these #paleo brownies and mini blueberry muffins 😋. Two weeks ago, I felt like I couldn’t get enough protein (think lots of meals with ground turkey and ground chicken since I typically hate the texture of meat), now all I want are sweets 😂. Needless to say, this baby is throwing me all kind of curveballs, so my feelings on 👦 or 👧 are still a mystery! Any guesses?!
Today was such an awesome Sunday filled with family time and meal prep, then the perfect ending with Yin yoga with a fellow prego friend and now Outlander!!! So thankful to be heading into this week feeling recharged! Wishing everyone a great start to their week 💗.

decided to slow down a little with the recipe building and only tweak a little. instead of white multipurpose flour i used part wholemeal and part wholemeal spelt...
also cranked the machine for the first time...maybe i’m a little uncoordinated but it definitely looks easier in videos than it is - photos are evidence of that...but nothing a little practice can’t fix! matt was an amazing sous chef ✨
served this fettuccine with a “cheesy” sauce made from veg and cashews....the entire meal was made from scratch which is hands down the most rewarding part.
