It's been almost a month since my wreck and I'm still not cleared for lifting anything upper body. Walking more than a half mile pisses my back off. But today, I did 30 min on the bike and 30 min of leg machines. It felt good, but to be honest, I'm still fighting my own stubbornness in taking this VERY slow hate - I using such low weights (because in my mind, I'm still WAY stronger). I've lost muscle and gained fat and I realize how long it will take me to get back. But, like everything, it's a process and I'll get back. For now, I'll wear clothes that are slightly bigger but I'll keep at the routine. It's a phase and it will pass.
