Happy Birthday to Sifu Moy Bah Hugh - Dr. Pete T. Pajil. Direct disciple of Grandmaster Moy Yat.
What can I say about Sifu? He is a man that spends his time studying the way of heart. What we call in Ving Tsun, Saam Faat. I can bare witness as a disciple how much Sifu gives his heart to us all. Constantly searching within, how he can raise the scale of how much he can be as a contribution to humanity. Always discipline in being present as much as humanly possible any person can be present within themselves. He is a gatekeeper to the access of kung fu life through the system Ving Tsun Kung Fu. Constantly observing and checking his position on all levels rather it be mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The more time I spend with Sifu, the more radical I get to be with him in his way of being. I can say from spending quality time with Sifu, that I have received more Kung Fu by cooking a pot of rice than I have from playing pac Sao for 11 years of training. If I had to choose a Kuen Kuit to describe the nature of our relationship. It would be “Yee Ching Jai Dong - (Use stillness to overcome movement).” It is an honor and a gift to share kung fu life together.
