My husband asked for thin crust pizza 🍕
First time I tried to make a keto version of pizza it wasn’t a thin crust one 😅
But this one turned out so good! 👍🏼
And it’s a thin crust!
You will need:
1cup shredded mozzarella
50g cream cheese
1/4 cup almond flour
2tbsp coconut flour
Spices to your taste: salt, garlic, Italian seasoning, etc…
Put mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave it for 1 min on medium power. Stir together and stir in an egg, almond and coconut flour and pinch of Pink Himalayan salt.
Spread the dough in a thin layer on the silicon matt ( you can use parchment paper). I use plastic wrap on top of the dough so it's easy to roll over and make an even crust.
Watch the edges, if they will be thinner then the whole crust they will burn faster.
Poke rows of holes with a fork to prevent bubbles.
Put into preheated 425F oven for about 7-8 min or until it gets light golden color. Do not overcook.
Add desired pizza toppings. I added cheese, cooked meat, onions, mushrooms and spices.
Continue to cook for another 10 min. If you add raw ingredients you might need more cooking time in the oven. Enjoy 🍕Thank you for ❤️
