#timetogrow 🌱 Man sollte meinen, ich wäre langsam ein alter Hase, dennoch fasziniert es mich jedes Mal aufs Neue: nach jeder Diät wird man ein bisschen schlauer, lernt seinen Körper ein bisschen besser kennen... ich war nach meiner letzten Saison 2018 extrem formverliebt. Ich habe sehr sehr viel verzichtet und war extrem diszipliniert, um einen geringen Kfa dauerhaft halten zu können. Dementsprechend habe ich selbstverständlich mein Potenzial bzgl Muskelaufbau und Progression nicht ausschöpfen können. Diesmal wird das anders. Natürlich geht so ein Umdenken nicht von heute auf morgen. Es beginnt mit kleinen Schritten wie geplanten Restdays, obwohl ich doch so viel Lust aufs Training hätte. Mit dem Akzeptieren von dem einen oder anderen Kilo mehr auf den Hüften. Mit dem Abgeben von Kontrolle. Mit dem Genießen von Essen und Trinken, das nicht immer 100% clean ist, ohne danach Konsequenz zu ziehen. Ich möchte mich verbessern. Coming back from #Dallas I’ve got a little bit to lose after over indulging then it’s time to up the calories and up the work rate. -

Post Fat Loss Experiment Update
3 weeks after the experiment, I've immediately increased my calories up to maintenance (ate a bit of junk but still got actual food, higher quality protein in), reduced my NEAT levels to around 8,000 steps a day, changed my training program to 5 times of weights per week, absolutely ZERO cardio now.
In short, I've become a lot more inactive compared to when I was on Fat Loss and safe to say, I didn't rebound and am stronger than I was before in a deficit. Phase 2 incoming! Time for me look like I actually train! 😊

My last physical therapy session....
So thankful to have this lady as my physical therapist- so patient with me and so knowledgeable - thank you Laina Flores for all of your professional help - I even have some  pre workout exercises to do to make sure my hips are well aligned before any squats or leg press sets.....

Ha! Last week VS this week laying in my bed at Physical Therapy getting some Heated Tens Therapy on my back. Almost all healed up! Should be back to work and cleared to train legs again within a week or two 💪😎👍💥💥💥💥

Now I go to bootcamp twice a week, weight train at least 2 times per week, and one cardio day.
