i’ve read that it’s good to track progress and accomplishments you’ve made because it’s really easy for us to forget about the good things we do and focus on the failures. i try to write at least one thing per day that i’ve accomplished no matter how big or small & id love to see others do the same! so here are things that have happened in the past 4 weeks: -made good progress with 2nd business
-lost 9.5 pounds‼️
-stopped drinking coffee everyday
-started getting back into a daily morning routine
-FILMED & EDITED MY FIRST YOUTUBE VIDEO‼️
-finished another 2 chapters in a book i started writing this summer
-almost doubled the amount of weight i can lift :) normalize talking about your wins, stop thinking it’s conceited or boastful and treat yourself how you want your friends to treat you. you wouldn’t tell your friends that they’re trash so why do we say these things to ourselves? TALK YOURSELF UP BECAUSE IF YOU DONT THEN WHO WILL?
