🔥máquinas que pasaría si les digo que comer “sano” no es estar a dieta 😱😱 así es máquinas, si eres de los q piensa desayuno bien, como pollo y desayuno ligero y me pondré mamado o marcado 😬 vas por mal camino, claro si eres alguien q está empezando y tienes sobre peso si verás cambios eso es normal pero para ver resultados de verdad importantes tienes q llevar un plan estructurado para ti 💪🏻💪🏻 sabiendo tu gasto calórico y los macro nutrientes que TÚ 🤖 necesitas, por este tema es q muchas personas piensan que los suplementos o otro tipo de cosas que no vale la pena mencionar 😬 son necesarios cuando no es así la base será siempre que sepas lo que tú necesitas comer y como ejercitarte para alcanzar tu objetivo 🔥. Today’s workout came from a #totalbodyworkouts hashtag search. I found a workout by @leahtravisano that looked good! Took that ... added 3 - 1/2 mile runs between sets and made some very minor modifications. 
1/2 mile Run
Complete 12 reps of each exercise (12 each side) 
X 3 sets

You aren’t always going to be the best at everything you do! Especially on that first try!🤷‍♀️ This workout program is the first time I’ve used these resistance loops! Have you ever used these babies to do your workout??😏 They are so frustrating! No matter what I do they just keep rolling and snapping 😂 I’d still be fixing my bands and my instructor was already onto the next move!! Man is that ever frustrating!! There were so many times where I just wanted to say “ forget it” I’m not quick enough to do this workout. These bands aren’t for me!! I could have just quit because I had a list of excuses a mile long!

But guess what? I didn’t quit! Instead I took my time. Paused my workout ✋ fixed those loops for the hundredth time! 💯 I didn’t beat myself up because something was challenging me or quit because I wasn’t perfect!

I know it takes time to adapt to something new. I also know that workouts that challenge me are going to change me 🙌 I don’t want to be able to fly through my workout without a sweat! I want to feel like I can’t push myself any harder because when that happens I know I am growing!

So here is some hard truth! If you stink at something the first time you do it... try try again! Do it over and over until it becomes a habit! The only time you fail is when you give up! We need to fail forward 👊

Now think of something you have done in the past that you quit after the first time because you couldn’t do it!

Let’s try it again! Let’s not be quitters! Be your best forget the rest my friend! 💗💗💗

We had a pick your own lunch today I made some slimming world hummus its amazing.

You can google the full recipe but it's literally butter beans, garlic (I used powder) and s+p roasted red peppers, lemon juice, paprika and water depending on how chunky you like it.

I made the hummus first without the red peppers as I know it's something my boy hasnt tried I used 2 tins of butter beans and made loads definitely enough for tomorrow yummy!!!

Another beautiful run after work yesterday! I was so sore from bootcamp 2 days in a row, but somehow used those sore muscles to push out 2 sub 8 minute miles. I’ll take that! I think I worked out the lactic acid in my hamstrings with that movement, too, because I feel great today! Have a wonderful day!

What an amazing day yesterday hiking in the Peaks with @w100ttn

The day started with a 9 mile hike which we began at #surpriseview car park and headed up and away in to the cliffs.

We then set up on a lovely spot to view the sunset whilst easting burger 🍔 and sweet potato 🥔fries 🍟  listening to trance music 🎶 🕺. Also, we got to see the space station orbiting the earth 🚀 🌍 which was pretty cool.
.
Afterwards we went in to a Cave and watched a movie on a projector 📽 which was awesome 😎 then pitched up on the top of a cliff to grab a couple hours kip before viewing a quite amazing sunrise 🌅. It was an epic 24 hours with one of my oldest buddies! 🤗 😊 💙

Also, we got to see the space station orbiting the earth 🚀 🌍 which was pretty cool. . Afterwards we went in to a Cave and watched a movie on a projector 📽 which was awesome 😎 then pitched up on the top of a cliff to grab a couple hours kip before viewing a quite amazing sunrise 🌅.
