A/SYMMETRY. Are you aware which side of which part of your body is stronger, more flexible/mobile? I forcefully remind myself every time I practice not to forget to doublecheck the same drill with the weaker side of my body. You know the one that feels awkward and uncomfortable to work with. Entering inversions, we tend to swing always the same leg first. Like when we quickly grab something, we tend to do it with the dominant hand without even noticing how much we neglect the other side, the other hemisphere of the brain. My tendency is to take my right leg back every time I do split variations upside down. Bringing my left leg back feels weird. Oh and the PSOAS! It took me a few years to realize how much more extended it is on the right side compared to the left. Imbalanced practice can lead to scoliosis, backpain and a general feeling of 'something is not quite right'. Stay safe and keep your practice conscious! 💜

Vieleicht sollte ich doch lieber in die Richtung Physio gehen!

Letztes Jahr als ich meine Terrasse neu angelegt habe, hatte ich nach ca 2 Monaten schwerer Arbeit an beiden Armen den Tennisarm und Golferarm gleichzeitig.

Viele schmerzhafte Wochen in denen selbst das heben des Wasserglases weh tat.
Dann befasst man sich intensiv mit der Heilung dieser Schmerzen und gebe dieses Wissen natürlich sehr gerne weiter.
Heute an meine Schwiegermutter 😁. Meine Empfehlung, Tapen inklusive CBD Öl zur Unterstützung des Heilungsprozess.

CBD sorgt
1. dafür, die Schmerzen zu reduzieren und
2. Die Infektion im Ellbogen zu lindern damit der Arm schnellstmöglich wieder voll genutzt werden kann.

Desweiteren sollte man den Arm 
täglich mehrmals dehnen, um der Verkürzung entgegen zu wirken.
Keine anstrengende Arbeit für die nächsten (min) 6 Wochen und viel trinken

I agree that sugar tax seems extreme and against our liberties. 
However, the entire food industry is stacked against people, especially those who live in the inner city and on a fixed income.

❓In meiner Zeit nach dem #krankenhaus im letzten Jahr habe ich mir oft überlegt, wie es danach weiter geht und ich habe mich nachdem ich wieder auf "normalniveau" war daran gemacht diesen Account hier aufzubauen - dafür etwas mitgeben zu können an andere... 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦

Man darf #ecken und #kanten haben. Klar benötigt es eventuell Zeit diese auszuformen oder sich mit ihnen zu identifizieren, doch man will doch selbst wie ein #diamant sein. Glänzend und mit Ecken und Kanten, und kein Kieselstein, welcher im Bach rund geformt wir über die Jahre, so wie das Wasser es möchte.

We rush to determine the kind of spider it was 🏃‍♀️

Well in most cases… it makes no difference ✅
⠀
The majority of spiders carry non-poisonous venom 👍
⠀
Which means, a bite can lead to one of two things:

◾️ An irritation or allergic reaction along the skin (itchy, red skin)
⠀
◾️ A skin infection (painful, swollen, warm, red skin)
⠀
The former is MUCH more common.

Rinse the area with soap and water to start 🧼 💦

Next, apply a cool compress to the area for 5 minutes on and off.
