the connective tissues etc. ✅ Some of the #first #signals
we receive to the #working
parts of our #body
to intentionally do #something
. That includes intentional movements, #stability
etc. ✅ Braces or provides #structure
or alignment and control of weight and #momentum
, when we intentionally choose to, and involuntarily get into shapes or postures through #exercise
. ✅ Regulation of all our signals, and activation or suppressing of our systems in our body to retain proper function.
So you can see why it is #imperative
to keep it functioning soundly for this #pandemic
& beyond. We need to keep a strong ✅ #immunesystem
✅ breathing rate ✅ energy and focus or flow of nutrient intake & excrement waste
To avoid blockage & build up of waste or pathogens & #disease
Simply getting into #intensive
exercise off the bat won’t address this, and can in fact lead to more stress & inflammation than it’s worth, relative to your current situation for the past few weeks.
