Hier das Rezept für einen Schoko- Brotaufstrich 🤗
Dazu benötigt ihr Total Protein Schoko Karamell, Backkakao, Chunky Vollmilch Schokolade und Milch.

Ich nehme immer ca 30g TP und 1 TL Backkakao. Nun etwas Milch dazu, so dass eine cremige Konsistenz entsteht. Nun noch mit den Chunkys süßen und ab in den Kühlschrank. Hält sich locker ein paar Tage im Kühlschrank.
Viel Spaß beim ausprobieren.

Let’s change up the contraction this week, shall we? It’s time for eccentrics. This mean SLOW, focusing on the NEGATIVE.⁣

Eccentric contractions are performed while providing a contraction through a muscle while it LENGTHENs. This is typically during the ‘down motion’ or ‘with gravity’ of an exercise.⁣

Doing these movement with control is the 🔑.⁣
•⁣
🔺Start in a squat position, legs shoulder width apart, and an exercise band around the knees.⁣
🔺 Start by pushing your hips back and following a typical squat decent.⁣
🔺 Our focus here is to take a full 10 count down. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 10 with just a band, or 5 if you put a little weight (much less than normal and get a spotter) on your back.⁣

The goal was 400lb but 4 plates a side looks so much better, so I got the 405lb.
.
When I shattered my ankles all those years ago, it took away almost all my athleticism. I had to relearn how to do everything. Weight bearing, walking, lifting, it took years. Lots of things were lost forever.
.
In terms of my lifts, the biggest loser was my Squat, by far. My injuries left me with essentially zero ankle mobility (dorsiflexion), so my once decent lift was no longer do-able. At first. When I could finally tolerate external load, my squats were basically goodmornings (not very strong), and I worked from there.
.
Years later, and plenty of reps along the way, it's still pretty ugly but I've learnt to squat according to my 'new' anatomy and am still getting stronger. Still a ways to go but I'm enjoying the process and learning all the time.

I may be a cripple, but I'm also a 405lb squatter.

Heute gibt es Falke-Milchreis. Esse ich zur Zeit jeden Tag 🥰

Ihr benötigt
200g körnigen Frischkäse light
100g Magerquark
30g total Protein eurer Wahl (ich hatte Zimt Zucker Coockies) 
2 sc Chunkys eurer Wahl (ich hatte Cocos White Chocolate)
 Alle Zutaten vermengen.
150g Beeren Mix TK für ca 2 Minuten in die Mikrowelle und zu dem Milchreis geben.

In 5 Minuten fertig und schmeckt so gut.
Nährwerte für die ganze Schüssel
KH 26,5g
Fett 7,2g
Protein 59,6g
419 Kalorien

Was ich verändert habe? Wie gehabt morgens und Abend Eiweißreich, mittags ein paar Kohlehydrate und Eiweiß und zum Kaffee am Nachmittag einen süßen Snack, Eis, Riegel o.ä.
Heute morgen gibt es lecker Brötchen zum Frühstück und später noch ein nettes Beintraining. Ob das so sinnvoll ist vor dem HITKurs morgen weiß ich auch noch nicht, aber kann man ja mal machen 🤗

Salz, Pfeffer, Kräuter

Weißkohl klein schneiden und in einem Küchenhelfer klein machen. Dann das Ganze in eine Schüssel geben und mit  Ramacremefine übergießen. Dann mit Chunkys etwas süßen und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Kräuter abschmecken.

Also ich finde das so lecker, dass ich den Krautsalat seit 3 Tagen esse 🤗

MOTIVAZIONE 😜
Alcuni mi hanno chiesto come rimanere motivati nell’allenamento. Allora premetto che a me la motivazione non manca perché l’allenamento mi fa scaricare, mi fa stare bene.. sia a livello fisico che mentale. 
Comunque ecco alcuni (miei) consigli:
1. Poniti dei mini obiettivi 
2. Fai un plan dei tuoi allenamenti. Non allenarti a caso! Se non sai come e cosa fare almeno all’inizio fatti seguire da un professionista!
3. Varia tipologia di allenamento per non annoiarti 
4. Non vivere l’allenamento come un obbligo ma piuttosto come un momento per te stesso :)
5. Fai riposare il corpo (non va bene allenarsi tutti i giorni)
6. Accetta i giorni in cui sei stanco, demotivato.. ascolta il tuo corpo: se hai bisogno riposa altrimenti non mollare e rispetta i tuoi piani: dopo ti sentirai meglio 💪
7. Concediti una ricompensa una volta raggiunto il tuo obiettivo

My story is a little different to other's. The majority who go to the Gym, classes, hire a Trainer & workout on a daily basis are seeking "Weight loss", in one way or another. -

Me? I was skinny. Always skinny, growing up. I could eat anything & nothing would happen. I was also burning an excessive amount of calories when I was training as a Dancer. This was no good for my health & I soon realised it when my weight plummeted down to 48 Kg. I was pale, exhausted & undernourished -

So, my passion ever since I found my breakthrough has been muscle growth, finding the right balance & maintaining those calories. My Degree helped me out massively, so I'm grateful for the experience & knowledge that I've gained. I have always been interested in Nutrition & now I'm completely on top of it. I am in control & comfortable in my own skin❤️ -

I never thought that I would ever love working out at home. I've tried many times in the past to get a routine going and nothing ever stuck. Jillian Michaels is great n' all, but I just couldn't stick through them. 2. Allows me to follow a Program created by professional super trainers from start to finish for optimal results (which I could take with me to the gym when it reopens if I wanted since the workout videos are streamed online through an app just like Netflix) at a considerably lower price point than paying for a Personal Trainer.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Mich haben in den letzten Wochen immer wieder Nachrichten erreicht mit den Fragen
"wie kann ich meinen Stoffwechsel ankurbeln?" "ich nehm einfach nicht ab"
"ich esse jetzt schon echt wenig, aber auf der Waage tut sich nichts" "kennst Du Bauch Übungen für einen definierten Bauch?" Wenn ich dann genauer Nachfrage was denn z. B. genau gegessen wird, kommt sowas wie Dinkel Nudeln statt normalen oder aber viel Gemüse mit Sauce Holondaise 🙈
Ja, da raufe ich mir manchmal echt die Haare. Ob man nun Weizen oder Dinkelnudeln ißt macht kalorisch nicht so den Unterschied. Wenn man sich über Gemüse, Berge voll Soßen haut, spart man nicht wirklich Kalorien ein. Den Stoffwechsel kann man ankurbeln in dem man aktiv ist, also mehr als 3000 Schritte am Tag und der Bauch definiert sich nur wenn man weniger ißt als was der Körper verbraucht. Kein Mensch bekommt ein sixpack durch Bauch Übungen, sondern mit einem Kaloriendefizit. 
Es ist ganz einfach und doch so schwer. Ihr müsst nicht 3 Stunden Sport am Tag machen, auch nicht nur nacktes Gemüse essen. Aber ihr braucht ein Kaloriendefizit und ihr solltet euch mit dem auseinander setzen, was ihr eßt.Macht das lange satt? Wie reagiert mein Körper darauf? Viel Wasser und ungesüßte Tees trinken, Zero Getänke und viel bewegen. Statt mit dem Auto zu Fuß laufen oder mit dem Rad und schon purzelz auch das ein oder andere Pfund.

Wichtig ist nur, änder was an eurem jetzigen Verhalten, dann ändert ihr auch was an eurer Figur.

Stretch and strengthen💪🏽
It’s actually amazing seeing myself extending my leg like that (sounds silly, I know) but I was never very flexible. In fact, when I was growing up, my dad would get me to lie down on the floor and bring my legs up to the sky and all I could do was to lift and bend, could not straighten them so he would grab my legs and help me stretch them but couldn’t go past this 🦵 (always w a knee bent). I started doing Pilates about 6 years ago and I can finally point my toes to the sky!👏
Don’t say “I can’t do Pilates because I’m inflexible”. Do Pilates (or yoga) and become flexible, strong and loong 🙃

Nachdem ich nun Wochenlang gefuttert habe, also einfach zu viel Süßes und zu viele Kohlenhydrate bin ich aufgeschwemmt wie ein Wasserbüffel 🙈
Nach einer Woche wieder zügeln und ein bisl Disziplin habe ich wieder gut etwas entwässert und ich fühle mich wieder wohler. 💪
Wenn ihr euch unwohl fühlt, dann verändert was. Seid Aktiv, geht spazieren, macht etwas Sport. Und Nein, davon alleine wird sich nix verändern. Sport und Ernährung sollte immer in Kombination gesehen werden. Dann klappt es auch 👍
Ich Lauf jetzt meine Runde auf dem Laufband bevor ich mich an den PC setze und arbeite.

Here is a good exercise if you dont have enough weight to do regular deadlift but have access to some. "Suitcase DL", great one for lower body, core and back strength. The goal is to have  same posture as you would do regular DL, except you are picking up the weight from the side, just how you would pick up a suitcase. 
No barbell or DB? No problem, you can literally use anything you have: water packs, back packs filled with anything you have (books, small db's,  water bottles) or simply, we all pretty much have suitcase that we travel with, fill it up with same above or just put the clothes in like you would travel, and there ya go!👌 Make sure you start with really light until you get the proper form if you never done it before and progressively each time, increase the amount of weight lifted. AMD have fun🤙
Here is a good exercise if you dont have enough weight to do regular deadlift but have access to some. "Suitcase DL", great one for lower body, core and back strength. The goal is to have same posture as you would do regular DL, except you are picking up the weight from the side, just how you would pick up a suitcase. No barbell or DB? 👉 Hinging the hips, and allowing the knees to track out toward the feet, reach down for the weight.⁣

I love to squat...squatting is my favorite. There are 100’s of ways to squat making it adaptable for almost everyone.  Today’s squat is no different. In a variation of the Cossack squat, we are going to work side to side, allowing our adductor muscle to get the love and attention they deserve.⁣
⁣
👉 Start by taking a big step toward the side you are going to squat to.⁣
👉 Then, push those hips back in a hip hinge pattern and squat down over the one leg, balancing with the other leg as it is pointed straight out.⁣
👉 In this variation, keep the weight over the leg, perform 2-3 small bounces and push up on the last one.⁣
👉 Our goal here is to improve our mobility, stability, and strength to later perform a true Cossack squat.⁣
👉 Perform 3x5 on each side. Enjoy!⁣

If you’ve never performed a Turkish get-up, let me invite you to YouTube the exercise and give the whole sequence a go. For this rounds kettlebell exercise, we are going to focus on the first part! This will be more of a core exercise but also allows for shoulder work and movement control. Watch it a few time, practice a few more, then complete 5 sets of 5 on each side.⁣

👉 Starting on your side, hold a weight close to your chest and then roll to your back, pulling the weight with you.⁣
👉 With one arm, press the weight straight up over the shoulder. The same leg on this side should be bent and the other straight.⁣
👉 One the side of the down leg, put your arm out at a 45-60 degree angle, you will use the elbow for drive and support.⁣
👉 Push through the bent leg, rotate the hips away, and drive the weight toward the sky, keeping the weight over the shoulder for stability.⁣
👉 At the top you should have your weight on your forearm, a straight line up through your shoulders through the weight. From here you slowly reverse, and repeat!⁣
