Learn how to do the BRAZILIAN HIGH KICK 
First, stretch out your body before you do this so you don't pull a muscle. You want to stand on one leg when you do this and bring the other leg straight up. The leg on the ground will turn to the side while your other leg and knee will be brought to the front of the body. Step in with your foot to the side, then bring the other leg up-) and to the side, then bring the foot down to the corner next to you. Do this quickly to make it look like one fluid movement.
The Kyokushin Karate fighter Glaube Feitosa used this technique a lot. Especially in K1 events.

Learn how to do the SPINNING BACK KICK 
Begin in your basic fighting/guarding stance with your kicking leg back. One common stance is to have your right leg back and a few inches to your right, your body turned almost all of the way to the side and your hands up (right hand by your chin and left 12-16 inches in front of your left shoulder).
Assuming the above right leg back stance, turn your body to your right until you are facing directly away from your target. During this movement you should pivot on your left foot. Your right foot should slide slightly to what is now your right, and it should be further from your target than your left foot.
Look over your right shoulder as you lift your right knee to your chest.
With your ankle bent, drive your right heel straight toward your target using your body weight to add power to your attack.
Finish with your right leg now in front and assume a fighting/guarding stance.

7 years ago, Vitor Belfort would defeat former Strikeforce Middleweight champion Luke Rockhold in the main event of UFC on FX 8.

During Belfort’s meteoric re-ascension up the Middleweight rankings, he would cross paths with the debuting Rockhold in his home country of Brazil. Rockhold was making the switch from Strikeforce to the UFC and thus making his UFC debut this night with a 10-1 record.

In the opening minute, Rockhold would shoot for the takedown but Belfort would defend, retorting with a series of punches before pinning him against the cage only for Luke to quickly escape. Rockhold would begin to open up his kicks, while Belfort would answer with charging punches. Midway through the round, Belfort would land a phenomenal spinning back kick that would DROP Rockhold. Belfort would follow up with brutal punches that would render Luke unconscious at 2:32 of the first round.

Belfort would go on to defeat Dan Henderson in his next bout, earning a Middleweight title shot against then-champion Chris Weidman in 2015.

We find it harder and harder to put on our shoes and socks. This decline in range of motion will affect our functional mobility including, standing up from a chair, side stepping around a table or reaching over to pick up a dropped piece of mail.
