Sezon kończę z uśmiechem. W pierwszej części pływałam 1-2x tyg i mimo, że jestem beznadziejnym przypadkiem to treningi dawały mi to dużo radości. Od wiosny wygospodarowalam czas na trening siłowy. W tym roku większość moich treningów biegowych to te z grupami. W żadnym wypadku nie narzekam - dały mi dużo radości. Zazwyczaj staram się biegać uczestnikami. Podczas odcinków poprowadzić każdemu choć 200-400m aby nadać tempo i zmotywować. Uśmiechy podopiecznych - bezcenne. Sama swoje treningi wykonywałam 1x w tygodniu i był to najczęściej II zakres (zima, wiosna), kros lub bieg spokojny. Przez długi czas nie mialam celu a bieganie sprawiało mi po prostu przyjemność. Cieszy mnie to, że z takiego planu 5km zrobiłam w 18'59 i podczas MW z górki 18'23 (poprawiony o sek mój rekord trasy). W tym sezonie zrobiłam swój najdłuższy bieg w górach - 35km 💪 i póki co nie zamierzam wydłużać 😂 Nie miałam większych kryzysów, rzadko mówiłam "Nie chce mi się". Jak byłam zmęczona trenowałam lżej ale się ruszałam. To jest dla mnie najważniejsze.

Choć w planach mam jeszcze jeden start #citytrail to zrobię go z zimowego treningu. Od tego tygodnia zaczynam trenować pod nowy sezon. Treningów biegowych mam mniej (co nie oznacza mniej pracy, bo planów do rozpisania jest więcej) więc mam więcej sił na swoje aktywności. Plan na najbliższe 2miesiace: ✔joga ✔siłownia ✔krosy ✔zabawa biegowa ✔medytacja. Do czego mnie to doprowadzi? Na pierwszym miejscu jest sprawność i zdrowie, potem liczę na fajne wyniki.

Zawodowo też chcę więcej robić lub inaczej pracować i przestać odkładać "na później". Ale o tym napiszę innym razem 😊

För två år sedan 11/11-2017 sprang jag Borås 6 timmars 63.44km samtidigt blev jag mormor till mitt 4:e barnbarn. 🎈

Nu är det ny vecka , nya km ska in på kontot.
Jag kämpar vidare mot mina mål och Marathon träningen. 20 dgr kvar till Valencia och känslan under träningen är positiv.
Några nyckelpass kvar på programmet. Sen är jag redo. 
Idag 25 km på sopsaltade och snömoddiga cykelvägar. Kände mig pigg i benen och dom ville dra iväg. Trots gårdagens 24km som var en aning tungt.

I can see myself falling into a hole of depression and self destruction and I am trying my best not to let go but damn it's so hard. Little things like brushing my hair and teeth and taking showers feel so difficult. They take so much energy. I have things I know I should be doing because I know they will help (like wear my cpap!) But I continue to just sit around and eat and feel like crap and watch life just pass by. Like, I could have lost so much weight between the last time I saw my NP and now. But I ended up gaining weight. I know how to lose weight and be healthy. I know what I should do to feel mentally better too but it all feels so hard. Like it feels like theres some kind of force keeping me from achieving like...anything. something needs to change. And I know it's all in me and I need to put in the work. I just wish it didnt feel so difficult all the time. Like it seems so simple. But it's not.  Theres so much more going on in my head but it's just too much. Just life. Paying bills on time. Taking kids to school. Playing with my 4 year old. Having conversations with my husband.  Going to the grocery store. Putting on clean clothes. Everything except sleeping, eating, and watching YouTube feels impossible. It feels stupid. But I'm not stupid and I need to stop telling myself that. Negative self talk is so so hard to stop doing. Ugh. I'm gonna make a list of things I need to do to make things better. I just need to make sure it's not so long that it stresses me out even more. I'll pick like 3 or 4 things. Small things like wearing my cpap and writing in my gratitude journal. And some health things too. I dont know. All I know is I want to be honest about the process and right now I'm not feeling very motivated or inspired. I'm trying to be gentle with myself without being so gentle I just let myself do nothing. It's a thin line. Basically depression sucks.

Fy fan, gick ut så hårt i första intervallerna att jag inte visste om jag skulle klara resten av passet. Sedan gjorde vi burpees och då visste jag verkligen inte hur jag skulle klara resten av passet. Men sedan tog timmen på något märkligt sätt slut och så hade man ändå klarat det på något vänster. Fast jag fick hoppa av bussen efter en hållplats för att jag mådde lite illa och inte pallade trängas med folk. 
Men fan vad man älskar det ändå. 🔥🔥🔥

Manchmal ist das so. Man hat TOTAL VIEL vor und dann geht nichts (ich z.B. nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit mein 300-seitiges 💩 Biochemie-Skript abschließen...). Aus verschiedenen Gründen. Irgendwas geht schief, man ist müde, man hat nicht den Nerv oder gerade dann nicht den Antrieb etwas Bestimmtes zu erledigen. 🥱Leider lässt sich eben nicht alles nach Kalender planen... besonders die Sachen nicht, bei denen man auf gute Ideen angewiesen ist oder höchste Konzentration. 🙄
"Blödes Gehirn" denkt man dann möglicherweise schnell mal. "...bei anderen funktionierst Du immer auf Abruf - bei mir wieder mal so wie es dir gerade passt." 🤯
Stimmt eigentlich nicht. 🤔Ich verstehe aber, dass es sich so anfühlen kann. 🤷🏼‍♀️Geht mir dann nämlich auch manchmal so. Allerdings habe ich (wenn ich ehrlich bin) keine Ahnung, der wievielte Anlauf das bei jemand anderem war, wie oft der- oder diejenige versucht war in die Schreibtischkante zu beissen (ich an manchen Tagen 1000x...) oder ob das, was ich bei anderen sehe, tatsächlich das gewünschte Ergebnis ist und nicht durch Zufall etwas Fehlgeschlagenes, das man nur als Außenstehender eben nicht als solches wahrnimmt, sondern als Geniestreich. 🤓 #wasnsatz 😆
Wie auch immer: Man hats halt einfach nicht immer in der Hand. Das will ich eigentlich nur damit sagen. 😬 Und selbst wenn einen das dann fuchsteufelswild macht, ist möglicherweise das einzig Richtige, sich einfach hinzulegen und NIX zu tun. #gehtnatürlichnichtimmer Denn man weiß es ja eigentlich, das Gehirn arbeitet am besten, wenn es ausgeruht ist. 😴#auchwennmanungeduldigist 😇

a ja? Ja go dopingowałam i wspierałam na trasie ❤ 
Długo nie mogłam się zdecydować jak po nieudanym starcie na @citytrail podejść do tego Biegu: czy mimo wszystko zaryzykować i spróbować coś nabiegać czy podejść na luzie.  Wczoraj zasypiałam z myślą, że jednak powalczę.. ale o 6 obudził mnie ból gardła i już wiedziałam że nie ma co się szarpać. Choc pogoda byla idealna na życiówki to cieszę się, że poleciałam spokojniej. Cieszylam się biegiem, czułam całą piękną atmosferę, przybijałam piątki, dopingowalam innych! Flaga z naszych koszulek - cudowny widok.. Było wspaniale! Dziękuję za te piękne chwile! 
I pisze to ja, która jeszcze nabiega mocny wynik na 10km 💪❤

How flippin gorgeous is the sky this morning? Yes, it was 6:05 AM and I've actually got PTO today. It seems that is my new modus operandi. 
Workout today was super encouraging. I upped my workout weight for push presses to 20#. I think knowing your limits might be part of Crossfit. And today, 9 rounds of 10x20 lb push presses, 10x10# kettlebell swings, and 10 box jumps were my jams. I am uber-stoked and proud of myself because I felt I could exceed 8 rounds in 20 minutes... mostly because of the box step-ups. Slow going. 
Anyway, great way to start the week! PTO, crushing a workout.

Sapete cosa vuol dire gestire una #gara 🏁? Penso di averlo imparato ieri alla @gardatrentinohalfmarathon 🌞dove, nonostante la crisi prima del 10km, mi sono convinta a resistere per chiuderla. Perché anche se non ho già migliorato il mio PB, #21097 a una media di 4:37/km è comunque un ottimo allenamento per la mia #maratona ⭐️! The bad: Air quality. Phone reception. Wasn't feeling like a hike today, but still did it because I'm cursed to have goals. My app seemed to think that I plundered the ~10 mi hike/run without regard to the actual paths or pace. On top of that, some new spots I came across weren't alien landing posts as they appeared to be from afar....but rather some aerial photography markers. Buuuummmer.

The good: Today was quiet, yet perfect for some much needed introspection. Had time to focus the thoughts away from the typical agenda distractions. Realigned some new goals and realized that discipline is so much more important than motivation. Motivation is temporary. Discipline is lasting. Much like the proverbial "juice vs sauce" thing the kids say these days. Sauce is forever...👌

My app seemed to think that I plundered the ~10 mi hike/run without regard to the actual paths or pace. On top of that, some new spots I came across weren't alien landing posts as they appeared to be from afar....but rather some aerial photography markers. Buuuummmer. The good: Today was quiet, yet perfect for some much needed introspection. Had time to focus the thoughts away from the typical agenda distractions. Realigned some new goals and realized that discipline is so much more important than motivation. Motivation is temporary. Discipline is lasting. Much like the proverbial "juice vs sauce" thing the kids say these days. Confesso que entendi o que meus pais e amigos passam quando estou numa prova! Ficamos aflitos, ansiosos, nervosos... vibramos, torcemos, choramos... é um misto de coisas que não da para descrever, simplesmente dizer que é emocionante! .

Além de tudo conheci o fera do @tvinhal , simpatia em pessoa e nosso atleta do time ASICS, encontrei muitos atletas que admiro muito e meus amigos que a corrida me deu! .

Ahhh, e sabem aqueles estreantes que vim torcer, arrasaraaam!!! Só tenho a agradecer vocês pela emoção que me fizeram passar, arrepiei, chorei, e vibrei muito!

Una mezza maratona è fatta di oltre 21km di belle emozioni e a volte anche di qualche difficoltà di troppo che può incidere sul tempo di gara. Si può anche perdere qualche manciata di secondi per strada quello ma che non bisogna mai perdere è il sorriso! 😉👍🏼

Styrke og halvmarathon 💪🏼 Søndagen startede med bodypump med @emiliejansfrandsen og @mettejensen Bagefter var det hjem og spise en klapper, også afsted med Mette på ugens lange tur 🏃🏻‍♀️ Dagen en godkendt, og ugen sluttede med 72 km i løbeskoene 👟🙅🏻‍♀️ Nu stængerne op i sofaen.
