We’re sold on the idea that summer skin is naturally dewy, radiant and glowing.
Truthfully? Summer weather isn’t conducive to that gleaming vision of youthful skin we’ve been waiting all year for!
With the air becoming warmer, the heat and humidity will cause us to sweat, which means we may experience breakouts. Hey we’re only human! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The hotter we are, the more water we lose from our bodies causing dehydration. This can also mean irritated, dry and unhappy skin.
It won’t surprise you that one of the questions my clients ask me regularly is: “How do I enjoy the summer and keep my skin looking fresh?”
