Holding yourself to stay accountable everyday
This is something I’ve grown to really work on this last year. It’s truly made such a difference in my everyday life, from the smallest of things to the biggest.
Now when I say “hold yourself accountable” I don’t mean go to the gym and workout for 2 hours and go do a crazy amount of cardio. Or that you have to wake up at the crack of dawn and start your day and be constantly busy the entire day running around.
What I’m talking about is saying that you’re going to wake up early the next morning to make sure you get everything you need to get done before going into work, or if you make a plan to do something that you follow through with it. By doing this and holding yourself accountable you’re leaving no room for excuses or not accomplishing what you set out to do.
This so something that I’m going to take into all 2020 with me and into this prep. I’m holding myself accountable day in and day out. I’m setting myself up for success. But more importantly I’m setting myself up to follow the path to making my goals && dreams happen.

Healing requires you to take time for yourself but the system wants to use you for it’s needs.
This is why we are brainwashed to suppress our pain instead of being taught the importance of taking time to be present with ourselves.
