Raging Cajun Seafood Bisque
This dish was created for an event I did called Brothers Who Can Cook. Through the process of preparing this, the depth of flavor that I was able to developer were intense. This pan was gone before I could really plate and take some pics, but that happens too often.
I roasted about 7 heads of garlic and poached the seafood in a roasted garlic, old bay butter. That butter was used to make the rue for the Bisque. I know I’m giving away game, but imitation is the best for of flattery 💪🏾👨🏾🍳😎
