Suffering from tight hips and a sore lower back used to be a regular occurrence for myself until I took control of it.
Doing far too much sitting, driving, and training without giving myself the right amount of time to undo all this tightness led to being imobile and sore.
If you find yourself in the same position, I want you to do 1 thing. Spend some time in a 90-90 stretch. As the name suggests, place one leg in front at a 90 degree angle, and one leg behind at a 90 degree angle.
If you can transition from one leg to the other seamlessly this will help clear out any restrictions in the hip. Combine this with strengthening the hips and you’re on to a winner.
