Learning is messy.
Life requires routine and organization.
So, I tackled my little girl's room yesterday afternoon.
Before, during, and after.
Please excuse my incomplete home,
A contractor always finishes his home last.
Am I right, contractor wives?
I store our 11 extra pillows on her top bunk unless i'm hosting.
My husband is not much a fan of decorative pillows'. I organized clothing and toys,
Learning toys, toys that make big messes, or simply require parental guidance, put up on top shelf of closet,
Independent play toys, blocks, dolls, dress up, books, I put where she can reach, Per T.H.E.
I used the ottoman on left for extra linens, middle, for bags, and right, for dolls clothes and gear.
Her favorite stuffed animals were placed on the bed, and she uses Lincoln Log tin as a stool to her bed.
SHOCKER: I cleaned a large portion of my garage last night!
I will share photos soon, as I have 5 times my share of recycling that goes out today.
TODAY after work I WILL: File fold all clothing drawers in my home, except my husband's (he's particular) And do day 1 of T.H.E. You can follow that on my story!
Finish my garage.
Do some gardening And most importantly of all, play wiith my children.
