You’re confused & lost because it’s all too complicated.
I can’t tell you why your left upper/inner earlobe hurts when you’re on a bosu with a shake weight...
But I can tell you why you haven’t been seeing results lately
and why you’re having a hard time with the last few lbs of fat..
struggling to fill out your sleeves..
to go down a pants size and finally keep it off...
to feel a little happier for longer than a few weeks at a time..
It all comes down to how simple you can make things.
The more steps,
The more thought-power it takes,
Heck, even the more TIME it takes to do anything will, undoubtedly, stack the deck in favor of you LOSING.
More steps = less likelihood of getting anywhere.
...and if you lose & fall off the ‘fitness’ wagon often enough, you’ll think yourself a loser.
[you aren’t btw] You’ve just found a bunch of complex ways that DON’T work for you.
I have been watching the people who train at the same time as me for the past little while...and, nothing.
Very little, if any tangible progress.
Maybe you’ve experienced the same too?
I’ve been doing a very simple program for the past 2mths & it has payed off BIGTIME.
I’m not saying this is the best program for you,
I’m simply saying that the more complex your program is **REGARDLESS OF THE GOAL**
the smaller the chance of you ACTUALLY following through.
that’s what I’ve seen (& experienced).
What do you think?
