Rewind 4 years ago....
I was a new mom, with a new career, house hunting and without any time for myself. Double tap if you can relate!
I would come home, cook dinner, bathtime for Rhett and after I put him down for bed, I would veg on the couch, relaxing while I watched my shows.
I kept telling myself that I was so incredibly busy, and that I couldn't find the time to workout.... but the thing is, I was honestly wasting time on things that didn't serve me like scrolling social media, watching mindless TV that ya is entertaining, but didn't help me!
Now, fast forward to now! Add 2 kids in the mix, full time teaching, all while coaching, and I find the time for myself. That 30 minutes in the morning is absolutely key and it was there the WHOLE TIME!
I just had to make the decision to use that time better! Working out became a priority, so I woke up earlier! Eating healthy became a priority, so now I meal prep. Getting in my quiet time and devotion is a priority, so I make the time.
Ladies, the extra time won't just come to you! You have to chisel out 10, 15, or heck, even 5 minutes out of your schedule somewhere to do what's best for YOU!
You deserve it!
