Nutrition doesn't have to take a lot of time or effort. And thank goodness! Cause ain't nobody got time for that! (Just kidding - apparently some people do or are at least better at making the time!) But I'm not a great meal prepper. These Nourish Bowls are typically my lunch once or twice a week. I try to get them on sale if I can (in the produce section at my Kroger). They're FULL of veggies and easy to make. I typically top with a protein and today I'm using last night's leftover tilapia.

After a week of #halfterm with the kids and my sister visiting with her brood it’s safe to say I’m exhausted. We visited #thorpepark#chessingtonworldofadventures#legoland thanks to our #merlinpasses The weather was pretty kind to us all week which is always a bonus. Having spent all day yesterday trying to put my house together I finally managed to find 15 minutes to sit down in the sun ☀️ with a #beer As always it didn’t last long as a small child needed me and dinner needed doing.
