Anxiety is the beginning of many stories. It was the beginning of my story. 
After years of being dismissed by my family physician, and told ‘it’s just anxiety, it’s all in your head’ I began my journey to figure it out. 
Reading, listening, watching ... I spent the better part of my time researching articles, educating myself and with a new family doctor,  finally came a diagnosis. A diagnosis for me, why I feel the way I do, why I view the world the way I do. Why I am me 🙇🏼‍♀️ Severe high functioning ADHD. Bam - there it was. I am 31 years old and I am now learning how I work, and how to take care of my myself mentally. I feel betrayed and broken and defeated. I feel like a fool who didn’t see all of this coming. I thought people knew who I was, knew what I had been through and knew what I deserved. I thought that people knew I was honest, and that being hurtful was a symptom of my disease not a part of my true personality. They should know I coated myself in #shame, and prayed myself to die over mistakes made and falling outs and arguments. I feared the abandonment hard, and I would jump leaps and bounds to prevent it. I would hold onto you even if you had no job, and all you did was do cocaine and drink beer and sleep around, I wouldn’t care if you had no motivations beyond that, I’d love you for the beautiful creature you are, but my standards weren’t high, I just wanted to be loved. Now I find that love to be false. I’m frustrated because people I highly valued couldn’t be true with me, and people who claimed to have my back were two-faced and playing both sides. No one was willing to stick their neck out for me, so I was all alone. I had friends, sure, I know that I did, but a lot of them seemed far away. A lot of them were settling down and moving onwards and upwards with their lives. I was just trying to make this year better then the last. 
I feel uninspired. I feel like there are things I could be doing I just don’t have the gusto to do them. I feel hungry, but I have clue what to eat. I feel mixed up, like I don’t know who is truthfully on my side or prepared to show some fight for me, would anyone fight for me? Or was it just over? That chapter is done? Time to move on? My heart was a weight that couldn’t be lifted from this page, I felt completely stuck in agony.

The lack of sleep, the stress and the fact I was clearly not managing my eating well .... even though I thought I was or should I say kidding my self I was 😳😳😳! I was obviously making bad choices to fit in with my mental self 😳😳 When I say it’s funny how the mind plays tricks on you ..... it’s weird ! During the pandemic I have actually thought I have gained a little weight! I have had my bad days but not everyday! I have exercised - mainly running and the PT, but no where near as much as I have done pre pandemic! My tiny mind had me believe that if I stepped on a scale I would have gained, that because I have made some bad choices and not exercised half as much that I was en route to ten ton tessie again 😳 I almost went out and bought some new ones😳😳 even though I had thrown my scales ⚖️ away ages ago 
Because the numbers don’t matter really! My clothes where getting looser but if I stepped on them scales , my mind would believe I had not achieved anything if the scales didn’t move .... lol 
I have been stressing about it and worrying that I would have to start over AGAIN

But guess what

The picture on the left is me today ( I look tired because sleep was an issue... my mind is just full of thoughts and plans) 
I think my hulk hogan neck has shrunk lol and the top I am wearing Didn’t fit me pre pandemic... couldn’t get it over mi belly lol 😂 
But it fits!

So what have I done different?? I introduced the lean body system! This alongside my eating plan and exercise has helped me..... my mental health can be a struggle! This week has been the worst in a while , but am still here... fighting those demons & trying to keep moving forward 👌

I have started a 30 day challenge and there’s still time to join me ❤️!

Sin duda los divorcios son más amargos cuando hay niños pequeños de por medio. La convivencia es compleja. En especial si hay factores que se suman a la ecuación de estar encerrados durante una pandemia y con los ingresos un poco apretados. El divorcio es todo un tema. Pero si su familia es linda y considera que vale la pena lucharla, entonces les doy unos tips que pueden alivianar la tensión. Hombres y mujeres: Nunca dejen de cortejar. Nunca dejen de tratar de complacer a su esposo/esposa. Nunca jamás crea que lo/la tiene asegurad@. Nunca te olvides de que el/ella te eligió. Nunca culpe  a su esposa/esposa si usted se frustra  o enoja  con el/ella. Son sus emociones y es su responsabilidad. Cuando se sientas así, tómese su tiempo y mire hacia su interior. Solucione. Tenga gestión de sus emociones como alguien que tiene una familia. No como alguien que está en el colegio. Hombres:  Dele su espacio. Las mujeres son buenas para entregar y entregar, y a veces necesitan que se les recuerde que se tomen el tiempo para ellas mismas, sobre todo si tienen niños. No son empleadas domésticas. Sea tonto. No se tome todo tan seriamente. Ría y haga que ella se ría. La risa hace todo mucho más fácil. Aprendan a mantener las opiniones lejos de sus familias. Casi siempre van a terminar antagonizándoles sin querer inclusive. O hasta queriéndo. Protéjanse el corazón de los malos tratos de los afuera. Las familias son zonas seguras y no casas sin techos. Lo más importante es que los dos sean sinceros y se confiesen a sí mismos y al otro si vale la pena luchar por lo que sienten. Reencantamiento, permanente! No se necesita que la relación esté en crisis para estar reencantando a la pareja. La rutina, el descuido personal, ver la vida como una carga, la falta de compromiso, la indiscreción, no tener la dinámica de renovarse y no reencantarse permanentemente, son actitudes que influyen para que el amor se muera. Hay que ser amable, colaborador y servicial, no esperar que el otro esté solo a mi servicio. Estén presentes. El informe destaca que la prevención y el tratamiento siguen fallando en muchas partes del mundo y sólo 1 de cada 7 personas con problemas graves de adicción recibe tratamiento.

▶️PRIMERA ETAPA : INICIO DEL CONSUMO
Esta es la etapa de consumo experimental, recreacional, de fin de semana. La droga será utilizada no sólo por sus efectos químicos sino para compensar las limitaciones personales y obtener la aceptación de los que lo rodean.

▶️SEGUNDA ETAPA : ABUSO Y CONSOLIDACION DEL CONSUMO 
El organismo empieza a habituarse a la presencia de la sustancia y requiere cada vez dosis mayores, así el consumo deja de ser algo ocasional y se vuelve algo más permanente.

Aquí, el sujeto aumenta la dosis y comienza a probar otro tipo de drogas, llegando incluso a utilizar múltiples drogas, tanto legales como ilegales.

▶️TERCERA ETAPA : ADICCIÓN 
En esta etapa se manifiestan alteraciones biológicas a nivel químico en el cerebro, la tolerancia aumenta, por lo que la dependencia de la sustancia es mayor. El estado “normal”, sin drogas, es peor que el inicial y este trastorno del estado anímico agudiza la necesidad y la compulsión por lograr la euforia que se vive bajo los efectos de la droga. Se presentan deterioros en la personalidad tanto en los comportamientos como en las habilidades asertivas. Se pierden las conductas de autoprotección y surgen los problemas interpersonales (familia, trabajo, pareja) y con la autoridad
