It’s critical for our mental and physical heath that we move.
Physically; moving the body moves blood and other fluids, strengthens and lengthens the muscles and tendons, releases tension and stress. (Not to mention moving chi while holding positions.)
Mentally; changing the way we do things, and most importantly, staying aware of and attentive to what we’re doing, keeps the mind sharp and supple.
Be sure not to get stuck in one way, mentally or physically.
