One of my favorite snacks:
Greek yogurt mixed with 1/2 a scoop of Level-1 Ice Cream Sandwich protein
Spoon full of peanut butter 🥜
& lots of fruit 🥝🍓
Now more than ever, people are doing everything to keep their immune system going strong. And Vit. C is a great way to do it! But you don’t have to take a supplement to get in your daily intake of it. Foods like broccoli, cantaloupe, kale, kiwi, papaya, sweet potato, strawberries, and tomatoes have enough in one serving to cover you for the day!
Also don’t forget to pair them with healthy fats. Vitamin C (and D, E, and K) are FAT SOLUBLE meaning they are absorbed when paired with a fat during digestion 👌🏼
