Something that really frustates the hell out of me, is people going through hell and back, just to lose a few pounds, with trying to follow their meal plan.
Forcing down plain Chicken, Broccoli, and boiled rice, all day, every day, every week.
Banning foods they actually enjoy.
Being told they HAVE to eat breakfast when they dont actually want to.
Or being told they have to eat 6 meals a day, when it's not convinicent for them.
After signing up some new clients this week, and exploring their nutritional history, they were being told they had to follow 1 day worth of food, every day, every week, every month, and if they struggled to eat that food, they just got accused of "cheating on their diet"
Literally F off!
If you take on one piece of info today, please stop thinking you need to following a punishment of a meal plan, or that your foods you eat needs to be "horrible"
-You can still eat the foods you enjoy, its just about learning how to include them
-You can eat when it fits your lifestyle.
-And you can structure your Nutrition arounds whats convenient to you
-And you certainly shouldn't be told, EXACTLY what you are allowed to eat, when you are allowed to eat, and how often you are allowed to it.
Thats not nutritional advice.
That's a prison sentence.
