Just because you’re stuck at home, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life.

1. Get outside. Enjoy the beautiful spring weather and get a dose of Mother Nature.
2. Exercise. Go for a run, walk around the block, get a workout in, whatever it is, move your body and get in some exercise.
3. Just because you can’t physically see someone doesn’t mean you can’t be social. Pick up the phone and FaceTime a friend or family member and catch up.
