I’m talking about staying hydrated. No not drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but actually drinking the correct amount of water for your body!
Research shows that 8 glasses might be okay for you, but depending on your body type, you may need more or less.
Here’s how you calculate the correct amount of water that you need to be drinking every single day.
Your weight ➗ 2 = ounces of water you should drink each day
Example for someone weighing 150 lbs:
Take 150 ➗ 2 = 75, therefore this person should be drinking AT LEAST 75 ounces of water each day!
With everything going on right now plus rising temps, drinking enough water is crucial for staying healthy and we can all do it at ZERO cost unless of course you want to buy a fun water bottle to hold yourself accountable! I personally LOVE my 40 oz. hydro flask and have a goal of drinking 2 full bottles each day!
