So I lost the weight, now what ? —
Losing weight can be an awesome thing, yet sometimes with losing weight you also lose muscle. Not being as strong as you once were can suck but you just have to keep moving forward to your next goal.
I was definitely pumped to lose 50 pounds but at the cost of some of my muscle too. That doesn’t mean I just give up and stop chasing my goals. It just means I have to readjust my plans and attack even harder.
Be excited with your achievement but also be humble enough to know that new challenges are going to be thrown at you. When that happens you can do one of 2 things.
1.Quit and be happy with the results you have.
2.Work your ass off even harder never being satisfied.
