happy Easter, friends!!! i didn’t get to the gym today but here is the leg workout i did yesterday with @jesskrynicki 👯♀️ i find that sometimes i am much more motivated when i lift with someone else. we crushed this lift and i am sore af today... give it a try😌.
here is what we did:
•barbell hip thrusts
•pulsing db squat
•cable step ups
•lying hamstring curls

I’ve been doing my main mobility and strength work at home lately, but still coming to the gym at the end of each session for some conditioning on this god awful thing.
Three rounds of twenty seconds is about it for me.
After that, I’m over it.
At Home workout completed in 40 minutes. I was watching a video and forgot to stop my watch. 🤦🏽♂️. Does anyone else feel lost if they don’t work out on Monday? Like you skip it and it throws your entire week off? Like who starts working out on Wednesday’s right. It’s mental. Like anything. Just start!!!! Imagine where you’d be if you did. I’m taking on 20 new clients for our 21 Day Challenge starting on February 4. I didn’t start out with results, I just stopped making excuses for why I didn’t have them! Hit me up! ✊🏽🔥
Failure is a MINDSTATE. I attempted this twice before I was able to convince myself that I could do it. Watch the end Lol. I saw @uoeno_co88 and @iambrandonsimmons in the gym repping 110s on the flat bench so I knew I had to try it. I was at LA fitness so the highest they had were 100s. This was after our benching and the other chest stuff we did. That’s an incline bench too. I wanna get a session in with y’all whenever y’all go. Lemme know. Thanks for the motivation fellas. 💪🏽🦍😤

Stop making excuses for what you don’t have! I don’t have a gym or an uninterrupted hour that doesn’t involve my son wanting to play. No problem! I still get quality workouts on in the comfort of my own home. Slow efficient push-ups with a 30lb weight on my back. We got this Kam! ✊🏽😤
