What was I hoping to gain with Always Eat After 7PM?
A lifestyle is not just another diet! So far, I’ve been successful in my journey. I was a little concerned as my days tend to start very early. But as I conclude the acceleration phase, I’m learning how to stick to my fat burning morning ritual. I am truly understanding that the timing of my eating is so important as I continue to work towards meeting my goals.
