Alright, I figured it's been a little bit since I've posted split content so what a better day to share this awesome posts that I agree with by Buycepindia!

So let me open up with a disclaimer that the bro-split is not necessarily bad.  I still remember my old log books from tracked bro splits that I have til this day.  For the most part I fell into the same trap that most everyday fitness enthusiast find in magazines by people that were on super creatine (aka enhancers etc) and were growing mad with crazy results from this type of style of workout.

BUT as naturals, time and time again studies have shown that in order to benefit efficiently for muscle growth that hitting the muscle groups multiple times a week is the most efficient way of putting on muscle.

What you have here is a 6 day split where each muscle group is getting hit multiple times a week.  For most this is a lot of volume so keep that in mind as you could use other splits to hit the muscle groups frequently only in less days.

This example has abs/core getting hit on a separate day as many of you know that I only hit abs directly twice a week on lower days with hanging leg raises but feel free to add any core or ab exercises you like to these types of programs.

Went and did some fasted cardio with the hubby this morning before he had to go to work and then went back and destroyed some shoulders 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Went and had a delicious lunch with my mom and step dad. Back on the diet tomorrow. I definitely have goals and going to keep on my diet until my next treat meal.

Today I hit the gym for the first time in FOREVER! Started with a quick warm-up on the Arc Trainer then worked biceps and shoulders. 💪 It was great to take time to lift today! .

We ended up going to our neighbors house for Easter Dinner. It was nice just hanging out and not being the one cooking everything. 😂 Hope you all had a great day! .

Modified Single Arm Lat Pulldowns:
This is a much better exercise for lats than the traditional Lat Pulldown. The arm path will recruit more lat fibers vs the teres muscles during the ROM. - You want the weight to match the strength profile of the lats, so try to get it set up so it's a little lighter at the beginning/ end of the exercise and heaviest in the middle - Focus on driving the elbow down into your lat and not back - Dont allow the elbow to flare out - Focus on a slightly explosive concentric phase and a controlled and little bit slower essentric phase - Focus on scapular elevation at the top of the ROM to allow the lat to fully extend - Initiate with scapular depression on the concentric phase - Control your transitions at the top and bottom, and don't allow momentum to take over and move the weight.

Jacques Stuart (19 juin 1566 – 27 mars 1625) est roi des Écossais sous le nom de Jacques VI (Seumas VI Stiùbhairt en gaélique écossais) à partir du 24 juillet 1567, ainsi que roi d'Angleterre et d'Irlande sous le nom de Jacques Ier (James I Stuart en anglais) à partir du 24 mars 1603. Son règne en Écosse, le plus long de l'histoire du pays (57 ans et 246 jours), s'avère couronné de succès dans l'ensemble, mais il rencontre davantage de difficultés en Angleterre : il s'oppose fréquemment au Parlement anglais et fait l'objet de plusieurs tentatives d'assassinat, dont la Conspiration des poudres en 1605. Culturellement, « l'âge d'or » élisabéthain se poursuit durant l'« ère jacobéenne », avec des écrivains comme William Shakespeare, John Donne, Ben Jonson ou Francis Bacon. Jacques lui-même est l'auteur de plusieurs traités et recueils de vers, et il est à l'origine de la traduction de la Bible qui porte son nom, la Bible du roi Jacques.

Jacques Stuart (19 juin 1566 – 27 mars 1625) est roi des Écossais sous le nom de Jacques VI (Seumas VI Stiùbhairt en gaélique écossais) à partir du 24 juillet 1567, ainsi que roi d'Angleterre et d'Irlande sous le nom de Jacques Ier (James I Stuart en anglais) à partir du 24 mars 1603. Jacques règne jusqu'à sa mort en union personnelle sur les trois royaumes, qui conservent néanmoins leur indépendance et leurs institutions propres. Jacques devient roi d'Écosse à l'âge d'un an, après que sa mère, Marie Ire, a été contrainte d'abdiquer en sa faveur. Quatre régents se succèdèrent jusqu'à sa majorité, en 1578, mais il ne prit réellement en main les rênes de l'État qu'en 1583. En 1603, il succède à Élisabeth Ire, dernière représentante de la maison Tudor, sur le trône des royaumes d'Angleterre et d'Irlande. À compter de cette date, il se donne le titre de « roi de Grande-Bretagne et d'Irlande ». Désormais, les couronnes d'Angleterre et d'Écosse sont réunies, c'est l'Union des Couronnes. Le roi s'installe en Angleterre, et il ne retournera qu'à une seule reprise en Écosse, en 1617. C'est sous son règne que débutent les plantations en Irlande et la colonisation britannique des Amériques. Son règne en Écosse, le plus long de l'histoire du pays (57 ans et 246 jours), s'avère couronné de succès dans l'ensemble, mais il rencontre davantage de difficultés en Angleterre : il s'oppose fréquemment au Parlement anglais et fait l'objet de plusieurs tentatives d'assassinat, dont la Conspiration des poudres en 1605. Culturellement, « l'âge d'or » élisabéthain se poursuit durant l'« ère jacobéenne », avec des écrivains comme William Shakespeare, John Donne, Ben Jonson ou Francis Bacon. Jacques lui-même est l'auteur de plusieurs traités et recueils de vers, et il est à l'origine de la traduction de la Bible qui porte son nom, la Bible du roi Jacques.
