In some countries around the world, doctors write “nature” as a prescription for healing to their patients. In cities and towns all over the world where people are living to 100 years old and beyond, nature is just a part of their every day life. So if you hate the cold (I’m definitely a summer girl) just remind yourself, like I do, that summer is still in your heart and you’ll feel so damn good getting outside and being exposed to nature and fresh air!!
