1 cup soaked, and pitted dates 😋. 1/4 c natural 🥜 butter
2 TBSP chia seeds + ground flax ✅
2/3 c gluten free oats 💛
1/4 c 🍫 chips or cacao nibs.
How to 👉🏼 Drain dates and add to food processor. Once mixed, add PB, oats, seeds and finally chocolate. Mix again. Roll into bite size balls, add a couple extra 🍫 chips, and refrigerate or freeze. Good for 1 week in the fridge and 3 weeks in the freezer. Enjoy! 😊
