Module 5 ... Time flies.  Almost half way through #gourmetgyanbyvicky #gourmetgyanbychefvicky  Was supposed to do a Lobster Salad but no catch due to rough weather !! No worries it all went well picking up the spirits with Summer Fruits and Vegetable Carpaccio, splashed with a Celery leaf, walnut and flat leaf parsley pesto ! No cheese in the pesto but a kick of ginger , green chilli and avocado Oil.  This was just so simple and just off the hook.  For next we had a Black Chick Pea /Kaala Channa and Market Vegetable #jambalaya, an epic rice dish from New Orleans. This fish is an influence of a popular dish of West African, French (especially Provençal cuisine), Spanish and Native American influence, consisting mainly of meat and vegetables mixed with rice.  The vegetables are usually a sofrito-like mixture known as the "holy trinity" in Cajun cooking, consisting of onion, celery, and green bell pepper, though other vegetables such as okra, carrots, tomatoes, chilis and garlic are also used. 1️⃣ Prvo cemo da napravimo sos kojim se jaja preliju na vrhu. E sada pokusacu ovo da objasnim najbolje sto mogu rijecima... Postupak za zuti sos:
U posudici dodati 2 zumanca,mala kasika limunovog soka,prstohvat soli, bibera i crvene paprike. Pomijesati sve. Uzmite serpu koja je samo malcice veca u sirini od vase posudice i dodajte malo vode u tu serpu. Preko te serpice stavite vasu posudicu sa zumancetom. (Zbog toga je bitno da su slicne velicine i da je malcice manja posudica sa zumancetom da bi ta posudica da stoji fino na serpici a da ne padne u vodu) Nemojte da voda iz serpe dodiruje posudicu sa zumancetom! Upalite sporet i konstantno mijesajte smjesu sa zumancetom. Dodajte malo istopljenog putera postepeno (oko 2-3 kasike putera) stavite jednu kasiku pa mijesajte pa drugu kasiku pa mijesajte pa sve tako. Mijesajte sve dok ne dobijete teksturu malo guscu (svega oko 5 minuta). Sklonite sa vatre. Stavite ga sa strane,time cemo na samom kraju da prelijemo jaja.

E sada za sledece postupke imate sliku koja prikazuje postupke ➡️ prelistajte! ➡️ 2️⃣Tostirajte dvije kriske integralnog hljeba 3️⃣Dodajte spinat 4️⃣Dodajte losos4️⃣ Pazljivo dodajte posirano jaje (ako ne znate ukucajte na youtube kako da se spremi jaje na ovakav nacin) 5️⃣ I za kraj prelijte sa zutim sosom sto smo napravili u pocetku! On the left I was on crutches due to a problematic knee, a degenerative issue. Most of my Cartilage was gone, & no Orthopedic Surgeon could tell me why. As I've mentioned before I just lived on copious amounts of painkillers & would lick up my two baby nephews, just to take a photo without my crutches. That was 2 years ago.

This photo was taken a few weeks ago. I have been Vegan for 2 years, but I've entered a weight fluctuating issue. Trying to eat a variety of Vegan foods in order to get the most nutrients for my body.

The issues:-
My knee issue is still there. Will always be. However, after being #vegan, I am in no pain, I lost some weight & no longer have inflammatory liquid building up in my knee, I also had relief from nerve pain. So I ditched all painkillers.

I was also incredibly hypertensive at what was considered a young age, which was rare. That went away as well. Doctor's don't understand how I did that. I continue to tell them I'm Vegan now now remember...
The only exercise I do, which has to be low impact is Swimming. Since I used to compete when I was younger. I'm looking for other ways to try and stop my weight from fluctuating so much. Less oil & less salt. If anyone has tips. Feel free to comment below.

Yeah, you heard it right, its Karela Nimbu ka Juice. My sort of morning, almost everyday. You must be thinking why???? 🙊🤷‍♂️

In starting days, I did not like the juice at all, but after 2-3 days, I just got in love with the bitterness of this juice. There are many health benefits as well:
1. Reduces bad cholesterol levels.
2. Helps in glowing skin and lustrous hair.
