I wish I'd read the ingredients on the plant milk. I got the original flavor, but it seems they've added a little sugar so 1 cup has 2g. Oh well. That small amount is not the problem, just as the bagel has some sugar. My goal is to eliminate sweets and desserts and the dependence on sugar, not to be so strict that it inconveniences me.

Gnocchis et ses petits légumes végé sans gluten sans lactose 😋:
Hyper facile et rapide !

Pour 1 personne:
- 300 grammes de gnocchis SG (@schar_sansgluten ) OU gnocchis maison (recette dans mon feed),
- 1 courgette
- 1 oignon
- 200g de concassée de tomates ou 3 tomates fraiches
- 200g de champignons de paris
- Quelques tomates cerises
- Basilic
- Épinards surgelées (facultatif)
- Parmesan végétal

1. Couper l'oignon en petits morceaux.
2. Le faire rissoler dans de l'huile d'olive dans une poêle
3. Éplucher la courgette et la couper en petits morceaux. Faire de meme pour les champignons. 
4. Les ajouter à l'oignon.
5. Faire cuire 15 minutes. Puis ajouter le concassé de tomates.
6. Faire cuire les épinards dans une casserole pendant ce temps.
7. Ajouter les épinards au mélange de légumes.
8. Faire cuire les gnocchis 2 minutes dans de l'eau bouillante.
9. Les incorporer dans la poêle. Bien mélanger 
10. Servir avec du parmesan ainsi que du basilic ciselé.

Progress is a tricky thing. It is easy to get fixated on what we want to achieve, whether it be a certain number on the scale, the total numbers of inches lost, or a new lifting PR. We get so caught up sometimes forget to define and celebrate the little victories along the way. ⁣

Baked Branzino w/ roasted tomatoes
2 branzino filets
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tlb parsley, minced
2 Tlb butter, small cubes
1/4 c white wine
1 bunch cherry tomatoes on vine
S&P
Parsley, garnish
Capers
Preheat the oven to 400°/line a small sheet tray with foil
Dry the fillets with a paper towel. Lay them skin side down on the sheet tray. Season the fish with salt and pepper, garlic and parsley. Place the butter cubes on and around the fish. Pour the white wine around the fish. Place the tomatoes on the tray next to the fish and season them with salt and pepper. Cook the fish and tomatoes for seven minutes and broil for three minutes. Depending on the size of your fish, you may have to adjust the time, cook until the fish is cooked through. Platter and pour the sauce over the fish. Garnish with parsley and capers.

Baked Branzino w/ roasted tomatoes 2 branzino filets 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tlb parsley, minced 2 Tlb butter, small cubes 1/4 c white wine 1 bunch cherry tomatoes on vine S&P Parsley, garnish Capers Preheat the oven to 400°/line a small sheet tray with foil Dry the fillets with a paper towel. Lay them skin side down on the sheet tray. Season the fish with salt and pepper, garlic and parsley. Place the butter cubes on and around the fish. Pour the white wine around the fish. Place the tomatoes on the tray next to the fish and season them with salt and pepper. Cook the fish and tomatoes for seven minutes and broil for three minutes. Depending on the size of your fish, you may have to adjust the time, cook until the fish is cooked through. Platter and pour the sauce over the fish. Garnish with parsley and capers.

¡Holi holi mis amores! hoy os traemos un clásico de los dulces, mucho más sano que el original pero con el mismo sabor. La famosa CARROT CAKE 😜
Ingredientes bizcocho:
👉 400g zanahoria.
👉 2 huevos.
👉 8 claras.
👉 1 chorrito de aceite de oliva.
👉 2 cazos de proteína de choco blanco.
👉 160g harina de avena.
👉 Canela.
👉 Nuez moscada.
👉 1 cucharadita de levadura.
👉 Media cucharadita de bicarbonato. 👉 Nueces.
👉 Edulcorante.

Para el relleno:
👉 100g queso crema.
👉 1 cazo proteína chocolate blanco.
👉 Vainilla.
.
Cobertura:
👉 1 tableta chocolate blanco sin azúcar.
👉 Zanahoria.
👉 Nueces.
.
Preparación:
1. Primero pelamos las zanahorias y las rallamos.
2. Mezclamos en un bol los huevos, las claras, el aceite, el edulcorante, la canela y la nuez moscada y un poquito de vainilla al gusto.
3. Por otra parte mezclamos los ingredientes secos: la harina de avena, la proteína, levadura y  bicarbonato.
4. Vamos agregando la mezcla seca en el bol y removiendo con unas varillas para que quede una masa homogenea.
5. Le añadimos nueces troceadas y metemos en el horno precalentado a 160°C unos 30 minutos (dependerá del molde que tengais, si el molde es más grande quedará más finita por lo que necesitará menos tiempo).
6. Para el relleno mezclamos todos los ingredientes. Cuando la tarta este fría cortamos por la mitad (horizontal) y rellenamos. 
7. Para la cobertura, fundimos la tableta de chocolate blanco al micro, con cuidado a no quemarlo (ponerlo 30s y remover). Y se lo echamos por encima, decorando con un poco de zanahoria rallada y trocitos de nueces.

Enserio que no podéis imaginar lo deliciosa que está... Nosotras en una semana ya la hemos hecho dos veces ¡y no podemos parar, este finde seguro que cae otra!🤣 Esperamos que os guste❤

Itt a vége, vissza a mókuskerékbe 🐿️ Kicsit sajnálom, hogy máris eljött az idő, hogy vissza kell térjek a home officeból az irodába, így számomra véget ért a karantén. Nagyon durva, hogy milyen gyorsan eltelt ez a 2,5 hónap.
Szerencsésnek mondhatom magam, mert inkább introvertált vagyok, így egész jól bírtam az otthonlétet, már nem vágyom arra, hogy mindig menjek valahova.

Sőt, valamilyen szinten már rám is fért a lelassulás, befelé fordulás. Tavaly év végére nagyon ki voltam égve: rengeteget kivett belőlem a munka és a suli, de aztán elkezdtem az életmódváltást, majd munkát is váltottam, igyekeztem leépíteni a stresszfaktorokat az életemben. Most volt időm átértékelni néhány dolgot és letisztázni a céljaimat, amiket igyekeztem nem elfelejteni a karantén alatt sem.

Összességében szerintem nem hagytam el magam, ugyanúgy felkeltem minden reggel, új hobbikat találtam, és végre volt időm magamra, főzni, takarítani, diplomamunkát írni. 
Nem éreztem magam egyedül, bár már nagyon hiányzott a család, valahogy rájuk is több időm jutott, még ha csak videochat formában is. 
Azt viszont sajnálom, hogy a diplomamunka írása és a vizsgák érkezése kiszorította a napi edzést, így az elmúlt 1 hónapban csak a kajára tudtam odafigyelni. 1 hónap múlva viszont már a záróvizsgán is túl leszek, úgyhogy akkor vissza szeretném vezetni a testmozgást is az életembe. 
Szerintem már sokunkra ráfért ez a kis "szünet", én például most döbbentem rá, hogy korábban mennyire kevés időt szántam magamra és a szeretteimre. Ezen mindenképp szeretnék majd változtatni 🙂
