Kept it Hamstring dominant today. Always gotta get squats in though.
Everything was done beltless, trying to work on that core strength!
Squat- 3 sets of 275lbs for 5 reps
Romanian deadlift- 1 set of 135,185,205 for 10 reps
Lying leg curl dumbbell- 3 sets of 20lbs for 15 reps
Non video- dumbbell Romanian deadlift- 3 sets of 35lbs for 15 reps
Ended with calve raises- 2 sets of 155lbs for 50 reps!
Be great even on your worst day is my motto. I’ve been in a weird funk this week. I did not want to workout today, but I showed up! Stay consistent and it will all pay off in the end 😀🙃
