Well today was pure bollocks i dobt have a clue whats gone wrong, never struggled so much on deadlifts on 160kg i cpuldnt move it without putting belt on, worked uo to 200kg hit one felt wrong, worked back down too 100kg tried every different thing back up too 200kg 3x1 but nothing felt right at all. 15inch deads 3x1s at 180kg then 5 at 180kg still felt horrible. Haven't done walking racked staggered Lunges in ages. Don't want to ever do them again and trying to get a decent dragon flag.

Day 2 back in the gym! ✌️Today @jake_harrison313 and I got in an amazing back workout! I’m so sore from yesterday’s leg workout so I’m sure I’ll be just as sore tomorrow after this one! 😅 Not complaining at all though I love it! 🙌 I also wanna say how impressed I am with how well the gyms are operating! Everyone is making sure to clean everything before and after use, social distancing, etc and I feel safe being there which is something I wasn’t sure about at first! Also going at 5 am has it advantages since we are first to use machines after being deep cleaned from the night before! Lol I can’t tell you how much my mood has improved and how much better I feel mentally and physically in just 2 days! Finished my shoulder workout and so now rewarding myself by playing around  and improvising with some random techniques. This one took 3 set to get slick but by the end you can see it becomes a very nice and smooth movement - will do this again at one point.

SUCCESS
Not many people have worked harder, or have proven themselves more determined than Arnold.
That is why I have chosen him as my most regular reference when I speak about success and motivation - and also why I model my own work ethic and inspiration around many of his ideals.
You see, Arnold kept himself hungry, always moved forward, always had a clear goal and the roadmap to get there, and never gave up - even in the face of extreme adversary and struggle.
We can all learn something from that, and if we don't, then we need to ask ourselves the hard questions - WHY don't we strive to be greater? WHAT are we truly afraid of? HOW can we overcome this road block and unlock our true potential? WHO are we really doing this for anyway?
My advice to anyone who is reading this and is holding themselves back out of fear, frustration, confusion.. whatever it may be, overcome your inner limitation by breaking the habit right now and taking that first step to action. 
That's always the hardest part, but it doesn't have to be. We all deserve greater than the now.

@rachaelr10 hitting 120kg x 4 reps @ RPE 9, which is only 7.5kgs under her 1 rep PB. I can say with certainty Rachaels new 1RM will be quite a bit over that. Great day!

It’s hump dayyyy which for me is my sweatiest day of the week! This circuit consists of only 4 moves, but it’s not as easy as it looks 😭 ⚡️ Reverse Crunch x12 ⚡️ Mountain Climbers x12 ⚡️ Jump Squat x12 ⚡️ Incline push-up x12 
Repeat these 4 moves for 7 consecutive minutes, 3 minute rest, then 7 more minutes for a GUARANTEED sweat 😭

Denn diese 3 Prinzipien sind nicht nur die Garanten für neue Impulse und Wachstum, sondern sie sind DER Booster für das Immunsystem - sofern man sie im Trainingsplan mit Absicht anwendet.
