STIR FRY TIME! ✨
chop veggies and then sauté them in olive oil (or coconut oil) until the kale and spinach are wilted and the other veggies are slightly browned. it’ll take a bit of time. ⚡️grab your vermicelli (rice noodles) and follow cooking instructions for them - they only took a couple minutes! ⚡️ make your sauce by mixing together soy sauce, a little maple syrup, ginger (I used ginger powder), garlic paste, and apple cider vinegar. ⚡️ add the sauce to your veggies and cook for a bit. add some chopped cashews too!
⚡️ plate your noodles and top with your veggies!
