okay, so i haven’t actually done a workout outside like... ever. 😂 but since this quarantine has started, michigan has NOT had great weather which has been extremely frustrating. finally today it was 55 and sunny so Lucy and i had to take advantage of it!!
it was SOOOO refreshing and felt amazing and the anxiety i was feeling earlier from school stuff is GONE! 🙌🏼
with this workout, i did as many rounds as i could in 45 mins! i didn’t keep track but i just kept going until i was dead. you really don’t need heavy weights for this workout and in fact i probably could’ve used 10-12lbs but i didn’t feel like going back upstairs to grab more dumbbells lol
SAVE this workout, give it a shot, and GET OUTSIDE if you can! i promise it feels amazing!!!
