I have been fortunate to not have my life slow down because of all this however i am overwhelmed and the first thing i fuck up is my workouts. That’s m;y confession and here’s my workout : 
Warm up: 45sec/10rest: 4 rounds; jumping jacks, air squats, burpees and running in place/high knees

C1: 45sec/10rest: 3 rounds; chest press, skier jumps and push ups.

C2: 45sec/10rest: 3 rounds; bent over rows, alternating high kicks and face pulls

C3: 45sec/10rest: 3 rounds; front shoulder raise, twist jumps and banded hip thrust. 
PS: i was reading a lot of content about people hating on the home workout videos. I would be lying if i said that i wasn’t bothered by this. So keep posting your videos, ill keep posting mine. Let’s just keep motivating each other through this tough time.

Guten Abend! Fehlt euch das Fitnesstudio bereits oder stört euch das nicht weiter das die Gyms zu sind? Ich vermisse das Training dort, denke aber dennoch das die vorübergehende Schließung der Studios sinnvoll war. Denke ich das man sich alternativ fit halten kann? 200%. Solange ihr nicht im Profibereich unterwegs seid werdet ihr durch ein kleines "Homegym" und alternative Workouts die Zeit überbrücken können... Denke ich das Homeworkouts genau so effektiv sind wie abwechslungsreiches Training im Studio? Auf keinen Fall! Dennoch gilt wie immer: Wir machen das Beste aus dem was wir haben.. #durchhalten .

Con todo esto del virus, es muy probable que sientas que quieres comer por ansiedad. No solo por el hecho de estar en casa sino también por toda la información que hay. Sí, hay varias cosas que nos pueden ayudar a aliviar el estrés y a no dejarnos llevar por la ansiedad, por ejemplo, escribir, leer un libro, escuchar un podcast, entrenar en casa, ponerse en contacto con familiares/amigos, hacer un poco de yoga, meditar… en fin, hay muchas. Pero, en mi opinión, no siempre se trata de ponernos a hacer algo, hay veces que solo hay que permitirnos sentir y no ser tan duros con nosotros mismos.

Estamos pasando por una situación muy difícil, no podemos pretender actuar como si nada estuviese ocurriendo. Tener antojos hace parte de nuestra naturaleza humana, ahora imagínense en este momento tan estresante y de tanta incertidumbre. En mi caso, he tenido días en los que he comido más chocolates de los que debo, días en los que he dormido más de la cuenta, días en los que me he quedado en cama viendo Netflix en vez de hacer ejercicio. A veces he sentido un poco de culpa y he sido algo dura conmigo misma, pero en el fondo sé que no es momento de hablarme así, de agobiarme, de torturarme. Es momento de darme mucho amor, respetarme y hacer lo que me haga feliz ❤️ Y ese es el mensaje que quiero que se lleven, menos presión y MÁS compasión. No están solos. No se castiguen si no se sienten al 100% con su nutrición, o si no tienen tantas ganas de entrenar. Tomémonos el tiempo que sea necesario para adaptarnos y crear una nueva rutina dentro de esta cuarentena. Además, tengamos fe y certeza de que esto será pasajero y regresaremos más fuertes que nunca 💪🏼

En mi caso, he tenido días en los que he comido más chocolates de los que debo, días en los que he dormido más de la cuenta, días en los que me he quedado en cama viendo Netflix en vez de hacer ejercicio. A veces he sentido un poco de culpa y he sido algo dura conmigo misma, pero en el fondo sé que no es momento de hablarme así, de agobiarme, de torturarme. Es momento de darme mucho amor, respetarme y hacer lo que me haga feliz ❤️ Y ese es el mensaje que quiero que se lleven, menos presión y MÁS compasión. No están solos. No se castiguen si no se sienten al 100% con su nutrición, o si no tienen tantas ganas de entrenar. Tomémonos el tiempo que sea necesario para adaptarnos y crear una nueva rutina dentro de esta cuarentena. Además, tengamos fe y certeza de que esto será pasajero y regresaremos más fuertes que nunca 💪🏼

It takes you following the meal plan, following the healthy lifestyle, following and doing the workouts because they all lead to results. ⠀

No ones gonna spoon feed you to make sure you’re eating what you’re supposed to, making sure you’re not over or under-eating.
