What are you doing to find inner peace and balance at this time? With this opportunity to slow down I've started creating more energy to reconnect to nourishing my mind and body again, as I fell out of my wellness routine last year. I've always been interested in yoga but never practiced regularly. The last couple weeks I've started to take the time to see if it's something I really enjoy or not. Even after just a little bit of consistency and really giving it a try, I already feel I've found a deeper connection with my mind and body. It has already helped me to feel more centered and in tune with my emotions. It's been such a refreshing reset to wake up and first thing do some yoga and end it with some meditation.
Although this is an odd and chaotic time in our history, I am very thankful to have this time to slow down and reset. I know not everyone has this opportunity and I am very grateful for those out there that are keeping this world running. For those of us that are at home daily, let's try to think positive and look at it as an opportunity. It's not easy and I've definitely felt impatient and restless at times. But let's challenge ourselves to be in charge of our energy and make the most out of this time💪✌️💖🧘♀️😊️
