Heute gibt es mal was neues von Bad Boy's BBQ... Es gab leckere gegrillte Forellen. Gestern gefangen, heute veredelt.

Beide Fische wurden zunächst leicht mit Rapsöl und Zitronensaft eingerieben, gesalzen und gepfeffert.

Den einen habe ich mit allerhand Kräutern aus dem Garten gefüllt. Schnittlauch, Petersilie, Zwiebelgrün, Thymian, Bohnenkraut und Oregano... Bei der Zweiten habe ich was neues probiert.
Diese habe ich mit Knoblauch, Orangenscheiben und Rosmarin gefüllt.

Die Fische kamen bei mittler Hitze ca 25 Minuten auf den Grill. Bis sich die Rückenflosse leicht gelöst hat.

Beide Fische waren wirklich lecker, der zweite mit den Orangen gefüllt absolut war geschmacklich wirklich super und wird in dieser Form wohl ins Standardprogramm übernommen.

Als Gruß aus der Küche gab es mal wieder in Speck gewickelten grünen Spargel.
Einfach ein Klassiker!

MELT-IN-THE-MIDDLE CHEESY CHIVE POTATO CAKES 😍. Crispy on the outside with a melting cheddar centre, these potato cakes are delicious for breakfast topped with a poached egg or some crispy bacon, or served as a side for lunch/dinner 😋 Repost from @whatiateforbreakfast

Recipe (makes 3 large potato cakes):
🧀 Pierce a large potato with a fork, microwave for 7-8 minutes then leave to cool slightly before scooping out the flesh. Tip: I use floury varieties of potato such as Maris Piper/King Edward as they bind together better.
🧀 Mash the potato with a handful of chopped chives, 1/2 tbsp plain flour plus any other herbs/seasoning of your choice.
🧀 Separate the mixture into 6 pieces then shape into patties (doing this on a floured board helps).
🧀 Evenly distribute 30g grated cheddar in the centre of 3 of the patties. Add another patty on top, press to seal around the edges, then re-shape with your hands into a round.
🧀 Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little oil/spray, then add the potato cakes. Cook on each side for 2-3 mins or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy 🤤.

Das italienische Essen häuft sich momentan, was wohl an dem sommerlichen Wetter liegt ☀️ außerdem: Pasta geht immer! 
Wir hatten heute Abend selbstgemachte Pasta mit selbstgemachtem Basilikumpesto (von gestern) - natürlich draußen, auf der Terasse, mit einem Glas Rotwein 🍷
Das Pesto haben wir ganz klassisch zubereitet: wir haben Pinienkerne angeröstet und mit Knoblauch, Parmesan, Olivenöl, einem Schluck Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, einer Prise Zucker und natürlich viel Basilikum im Blitzhacker fein gehackt. 
Sowohl gestern auf dem Burger, als auch heute zu den Nudeln schmeckte es fantastisch! Demnächst machen wir sicher ein Rucolapesto, denn unser Rucola im Garten wächst geradezu prächtig 🌱

📣تو قسمت هایلایت رسپی سس مارینارا و سس پنیر هست 📣
اسپاگتی های آشیانه ای رو داخل آب جوشی که نمک و روغن ریختیم ، بریزید خیلی هم نزنید تا از هم باز بشن، و اینکه شعله متوسط باشه تا آروم آروم بجوشه.مواد ماکارونی یا مواد سبزیجات رو هر جور که مایلید آماده کنید، من از سویا استفاده کردم(پیاز رو سرخ کردم و بعد سویا رو اضافه کردم همراه نمک و فلفل و آویشن، دو عدد فلفل سبز شیرین هم خرد کردم و آخرهم یک قاشق رب گوجه)، برای ماکارونی سیاه رنگ هم از میگو سرخ شده استفاده کردم.
سس مارینارا رو کف ظرف ریخته، اسپاگتی ها رو بعد از آبکش کردن روی سس بزارید(اگر اسپاگتی ها باز شدن دور دوتا انگشتتون بپیچید تا شکل آشیانه بشن) از مواد ماکارونی یا میگو ها روی اسپاگتی ها بریزید ،سپس سس پنیر رو داخل  اسپاگتی ها ریخته ، میتونید داخل اسپاگتی ها رو بیشتر با سس پنیر پر کنید و مواد رو روی سس، روی ظرف رو فویل کشیده و برای ۱۵ تا ۲۰ دقیقه داخل فر با درجه ۲۰۰ بزارید 👩‍🍳 سس پنیر بایدگرم سرو بشه، میتونید در کنار اسپاگتی با سیب زمینی سرخکرده و میگو یا روی خود اسپاگتی  ازین سس خوشمزه استفاده کنید👌

400g di pelati
4 uova
Sale q.b.
Olio
1/2 cipolla
1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco
Aglio e alloro
->Procedimento:
Preparo il soffritto con la cipolla, aglio e alloro aggiungo l'olio e faccio soffriggere, una volta pronto sfumo con il vino bianco. Lascio cuocere per 2 minuti a fiamma alta, poi aggiungo il pomodoro, sale e un pizzico di zucchero (toglie l'acidità del pomodoro). Faccio cuocere per 10 minuti coperto, poi aggiungo le uova e lascio cuocere per altri 15 minuti coperto. Aggiungo il basilico. Il piatto è pronto.

Bonsoir les amis voilà ma Brioche vanillé ultra moelleux 
___________________________

600g de farine 
80g de beurre moux 
125ml de lait 
100ml de creme liquide 
1 bonne cs de crème fraîche 
2 oeufs 
100g de sucre saveur vanille 
2 pincées de poudre de vanille ou 3 sachet de sucre vanillé 
20g de levure boulanger fraîche 
Faites diluer la levure dans le lait tiède.

Dans un saladier ajoutez la farine, le sucre, l'oeuf ainsi que le mélange de lait/levure pétrissez à la main pendant 10min ensuite ajoutez le beurre ramolli et continuez à pétrir  15min jusqu'à ce que le beurre soit bien incorporé de plus il faut que la pâte soit souple, homogène et lisse.

Recouvrez et laissez lever pendant 2h à température ambiante.

Votre pâte à brioche a doublé de volume ? Dégonflez là, fleurez votre plan de travail et deposez la pâte divisez la en 3 part égal. 
Coupez le 1er paton en tronçon de différentes tailles et déposez dans un moule a manqué beurré.
Pour le 2ème paton coupez en 5 tronçon en part égal puis disposez dans un moule à manque.
Pour le 3ème coupez 8 tronçons en part égal déposez sur une plaque a patisserie chemisé de papier cuisson. 
Laissez reposé 1h minimum à température ambiante. La pâte doit doublé de volume.
Battre 1 jaune d'oeuf avec un peu de crème liquide , badigeonner les  brioches à l'aide d'un pinceau pour une belle dorure.

Enfourner 20 min à 180°C, puis baisser la température du four à 160°C et continuer la cuisson 25 min.

Nonostante la mia alimentazione fosse diventata abbastanza equilibrata, mangiavo ancora troppo poco e inoltre mi allenavo eccessivamente. Questo non mi aiutava a placare le abbuffate e a guarire l'amenorrea.
Poi non so cosa mi sia scattato nel cervello. Avevo letto che prolungarla troppo poteva portare a gravi problemi, tra cui l'infertilità. Mai e poi mai avrei potuto/voluto privarmi della gioia di diventare mamma!
Iniziai a riflettere. Sapevo benissimo dove stavo sbagliando e di essere infelice e triste, ma fermarmi, tornare indietro e ricominciare da capo era dannatamente difficile e spaventoso.
In quel momento LE MIE PAURE ERANO IL MIO PIÙ GRANDE NEMICO. Ma avevo trovato una paura più grande che probabilmente mi fece reagire, e cioè quella di non poter realizzare il mio più grande desiderio di creare una famiglia.
Quindi presi coraggio e mi feci forza. Cancellai l'app conta calorie. ODDIO CHE LIBERAZIONE! Ho sentito la mente più leggera nel giro di due giorni!
Volevo assolutamente prendermi cura di me. Così mi rivolsi ad una nutrizionista e ad una ginecologa.
Entrambe mi dissero che avrei dovuto rallentare con gli allenamenti, e così feci. ODDIO CHE SPETTACOLO FAR RIPOSARE IL CORPO e riscoprire il piacere di allenarsi senza obblighi!
Iniziai a prendere qualche integratore e a seguire l'alimentazione datami dalla nutrizionista, non senza problemi devo ammettere. Le dosi alte mi preoccupavano. Ma dovevo far tornare il corpo in equilibrio, a tutti i costi! Volevo tornare ad essere una DONNA felice, a tutti i costi! Inizialmente fu una specie di "violenza", mangiare di più, allenarsi meno, non contare le calorie. Ma dopo qualche mese, non solo le abbuffate diminuirono, ma arrivò finalmente il tanto atteso CICLO! Piansi dalla gioia. Forse fu uno dei giorni più felici della mia vita.
Avevo perso gli addominali ma avevo vinto la mia più grande sfida, la mia più grande paura. E nessun addominale scolpito mi ha mai reso orgogliosa e fiera di me quanto il sapere di aver affrontato e superato quel periodo.
Iniziavo a non vedere più il cibo come un nemico, ma come semplice e puro NUTRIMENTO.

First pic is the shrimp 🦐 & chicken basil, which was my favorite. The basil really adds that extra flavor. Second is the teriyaki steak, which I think I messed up by getting the steak well done. Lastly, shrimp Rangoon which is ALWAYS a hit here!

Dinner is served! This super easy, yet delicious meal is ready in no time and can be eaten for lunch or dinner. Halloumi, baby spinach and some cherry tomatoes with some pasta and red pesto. ➡️ Swipe to see the the full dish 🤤

What you'll need (2 servings):
- 1 block of halloumi cheese
- Homemade marinade
- 100 gr of baby spinach
- 100-150 gr of cherry tomatoes
- a random amount of pasta
- red pesto
°
How to make it:
- Boil the pasta in salted water. (no shit?!)
- While the pasta is cooking, slice up the halloumi. I coated the seperate slices with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, some thyme, basil, peper and salt.
- Bake the halloumi in a hot pan. When golden brown, add the baby spinach and tomatoes.
- Finally mix the cooked pasta with red pesto, add the halloumi and your veggies.
