This alone can be a cause of elbow & wrist injuries retaled to bench pressing, which simply make the exercise impossible to perform due to the discomfort. Каждый начинающий спортсмен, когда начинает свои тренировки создаёт себе мотивацию и образ своей идеальной в итоге фигуры, что будет с ним после года тренировок и больше, и видит себя образно до и после тренировок, психологический настрой на конечный результат это отличная внутренняя мотивация чтобы ходить на тренировки и получить желаемый результат уже через пару лет занятий в спорт зале — это факт!  без внутренней мотивации человек не склонен отдавать себя полностью на все 100%.
Делаем 4 подходов по 20 повторений.

Every beginner athlete, when he begins his workouts, creates for himself a motivation and image of his ideal figure as a result, what will happen to him after a year of training and more, and sees himself figuratively before and after training, the psychological mood for the final result is a great inner motivation  training and get the desired result after a couple of years of training in the gym - it is a fact!  without intrinsic motivation, a person is not inclined to give himself 100% completely.

One thing they never told be about losing weight was what it would leave behind. Losing 75 lbs my body has not exactly bounced back as I dreamed. Yes, I have jiggly legs. Yes, I have stretch marks. Yes, I’ve got lose skin. But that is just the small consequence for what I put my body through. These are every day reminders of what I’ve been through and honestly it makes me stronger. ~

A little out of the ordinary for my style of content and training even. But through today’s session, I really wanted to make sure my biceps were completely burnt out by the end of the workout. This little finisher came after a heavy pull day. Needless to say, my forearms and biceps were already shot at this point. There are three movements to this set, all should be completed without stopping. The Zottman Curl utilizes both pronated and supinated grips for long and short head contraction in the bicep within one movement. The hammer curl is very common amongst traditional body builders but still remains just as effective, while unique at the same time due to the neutrality of the grip position. The final movement, the outward curl mainly just provides a different stimulus, as the elbows are planted into the side and there is external rotation in the shoulders taking place to support the curl. Also, no apologies for the consistent mean mug in each video😤

Yea that’s right I wore a @spartan headband during my tough mudder this weekend in Philly. I went into this race with the mindset that I was completely under prepared. Almost 4 years ago, when I started Crossfit, I couldn’t squat to parallel. Poor ankle mobility, amongst other issues, meant my heels would rise off the floor and I couldn’t keep my upper body upright.
Ten months ago, when I began remote coaching with @coach_barrias , my ankle mobility was still an issue. My coach warned me that we’d be taking ten steps back to be able to properly move forward. Here we are today. Bottom of a goblet squat with slow eccentric.
