I love my kettlebell, I have been able to do so much more at home with just 1 kettlebell. I highly recommend purchasing a kettlebell if you are wanting to take your home workouts to the next level. ⠀

Here is a great workout for you to try!⠀
⠀
15 reps of KB swings, 1 Burpee⠀
14 KB swings, 2 Burpees⠀
13 KB swings, 3 Burpees⠀
.. and so on.. keep going until you do 1 KB swing and 15 Burpees!⠀
