💫 Beginner Bench Workout 💫.

OK, now the workout💪🏼 If you’re new to working out or looking for some beginner moves, this one’s for you 😊 All you need is an adjustable bench! The one I’m using is @Ritfit_sports
Portable Adjustable Bench and is perfect for #homeworkouts
since it can fold up for easy storage 👍🏼.
Perform each exercise for 45-60 seconds for 1-2 sets. Take longer breaks in between sets as needed. Something to keep in mind on the strength moves is to remember to BREATHE 💨. Inhale in the eccentric part of the movement (when the muscles being worked are elongating) and Exhale on the concentric movement (when muscles are shortening...the harder part 🔥).
🐶 Incline Push-ups- lower chest as close to the bench as best you can.
🐶Tricep Dips- closer the feet to bench will be easier. 🐶Squats- squat into a seated position.
🐶Burpees- modify even more by removing the jump and stepping feet back slowly.
🐶Glute Bridges- drop the hips low, then lift and squeeze the glutes while keeping abs engaged.
🐶Bridge with Step Outs- keep abs tight!.
🐶Mountain Climbers- go at your own pace.
🐶Bicycle Crunches- go at your own pace. .
