Every time she trains with me she progresses each time her punches got so fast and clean her kicks are getting better and better each time!

Hard Work does pay off! 
At 55 years old I've been pretty discipline on taking care of body! 
I have been blessed 🙏🏽 and thankful 👍🏽and learned a lot as a fitness professional on taking care of my body. 
No doubt there is no magic pill! You have to live a healthy lifestyle exercise on a regular basis and eat right and get lots of sleep! I know easier said than done! 🤣
It's all up to you you you have to be motivated and got to have the right mindset determine definitely you got to be discipline and have consistency and lot of heart ❤️ and 💪hard work! 
I know it's not gonna be easy but in the long run it will be worth it! 🙏🏽

The snow ❄️ almost sucked me in, as well as all the constant interruptions from my youngest one. 
After the second attempt to complete my workout I decided to throw in the towel. A few hours later, she finally went down for a late nap, the hubby went to shovel out our cars, and my boy decided it was time to get on the treadmill. Sooooo that was the PERFECT opportunity for me to finish what I started!  30 minutes later I got a good sweat session in and I finally felt complete. 😋

Who would've thought that I would've been saying that I felt complete after working out? A couple of years ago I could care less about fitness. I am proud to say FITNESS IS A PART OF ME!  It's a part of my lifestyle and it will never go away. I've embraced this lifestyle. It's such a great feeling!

The snow ❄️ almost sucked me in, as well as all the constant interruptions from my youngest one. After the second attempt to complete my workout I decided to throw in the towel. A few hours later, she finally went down for a late nap, the hubby went to shovel out our cars, and my boy decided it was time to get on the treadmill. Sooooo that was the PERFECT opportunity for me to finish what I started! 30 minutes later I got a good sweat session in and I finally felt complete. 😋 Who would've thought that I would've been saying that I felt complete after working out? A couple of years ago I could care less about fitness. I am proud to say FITNESS IS A PART OF ME! It's a part of my lifestyle and it will never go away. I've embraced this lifestyle.
