Why I’m still meal prepping even though we’re stuck at home 👇🏼 Follow @fitstagram_001 .
1. Normalcy. It feels good to have a routine to fall back on in a time of uncertainty.
.
2. Reducing food waste even more. Food needs to be cooked, used up, frozen and/or eaten in order to avoid wasting it now more than ever. Meal prep and meal planning is the best way to achieve this.
.
3. Maintaining a way of eating that makes me feel my best. It’s also important to stay feeling healthy right now, especially since I (like you) am under a ton of stress.
.
4. To save money. With everything up in the air, we are cutting back expenses! Luckily we both still have income (for now)
.
5. To save time/energy. Cooking 3x a day requires a ton of mental and physical energy that I want to save for working and resting!
.
💯Even with limited groceries, meal prep is still possible and extremely helpful in times of uncertainty.

The more pics I take the more I realize I only have about 1 1/2 poses/facial expressions that I can make. .
Today is all about the push up with rotation. Don’t flare your elbows and keep the butt down. When you come up rotate the body, reaching one arm to the sky, do a push up and the reach the other arm up! This is a great upper body movement that will help with balance and coordination as well as strength!! .
Give it a go and shoot me a DM with any questions!  Also, give me ideas for new poses/facial expressions I can do!!!

It was quite hard to get there. We left at 2 am from Kuta-Bali and get to the top of the mountain at 8 am. They made us wear a “Sarung” which is a large tube worn in India and Southeast Asia and visitors should wear them before entering to these sacred places too. Nonetheless, There was a huge queue of hundreds of people waiting to get a shot there lol, But we hiked the mountain first and It was worth it, I had fun and made new friends too!
