What’s the most common excuse I hear when it comes to someone trying to begin their fitness journey? “I don’t have time” or “I don’t have gym pass or can’t afford it so I can’t workout”😑
It is never a lack of resources , it’s a lack of resourcefulness. It happens way too often that excuses are made instead of finding a solution.
Changing your body and/or health requires you to get up off your ass, use your body, use what you can and MAKE IT WORK!
In a perfect world, everyone would love to get the best and perfect workout in. Just like I am sure everyone would love to have the freshest, tastiest, and even healthiest meal available to them when they want. But, that just doesn’t happen right?
Thinking and waiting for the time for everything to be “perfect” will almost never happen, and in the end, it will just cause large amounts of un-needed stress and also put your health at risk.
Instead of panicking or giving up when things don’t go ideal, Look around.. Improvise and figure out what you can use to get your workout in.
I GUARANTEE you there is always a way no matter where you are. Work, school, home, or park.
This exercise above is obviously done at the gym, but it’s also only using a bench. This is the only video I had, but you get the point. You can find a bench or something similar almost anywhere and make it happen!
