Haven’t made chia pudding in a while, and honestly, I have no idea why. 🤷🏻♀️ It’s creamy, it’s delicious and sooo easy to prepare!
Neutral in taste and with an amazing absorption power when combined with liquid, chia seeds create a unique, gel like texture. By adding other ingredients (cocoa, honey or maple syrup, stevia, protein powder, shredded coconuts, vanilla, nuts, seeds, fruits, chocolate, etc.) you can get whatever flavor you fancy! 🤤
