After movement we used lots of strength to create a furnace type setting that allowed us to lose the weight we wanted. We used medballs for force production to replicate speed and power as Olympic lifting is hard on the body and joints. Are starting weight was 350lbs and we ended up at 210lbs with an athletic physique that allowed us to enjoy and live life. Never stop working for the goals ahead and never let anything hold you back. I’m in Belgium this weekend attending @thegymnasticscourse. Ot has a huge focus on developing optimal positioning and movement through basic to complex Bodyweight exercises.
I love working on Bodyweight training and hand balancing. It really is the foundation of everything we do. Without efficient positioning and movement the blocks on which we begin to load with weight are unstable.
