Tarihi dokusuyla da bizi derinden etkileyen Mithatpaşa Teknik ve Endüstri Meslek Lisesi'nde ufak bir konuşma yapmıştık kız çocuklarına hayatlarımızdan örnekler vermiş, koşuyla ve hayatımızla ilgili deneyimlerimizi, koşuyla nasıl tekrar hayata tutunduğumuzu, hiçbirşey için geç olmadığını anlatmıştık. Proto si stanov reálný cíl a raduj se z každé maličkosti 🎀 možná i proto se říká že ty nejlepší věci přijdou když to nejmíň čekáš

..for about the last 8 weeks I have been staying around maintenance calories if not a little under.. so it has been very interesting to see what would happen after the previous challenge and being in a deficit..I have been able to maintain around same weight this entire time but my body fat has increased slightly..so I know I'm under eating now..

..up up and away my calories/macros go because I have been feeling super drained the last couple weeks and energy hasn't gotten better so I know that my body is burning a bit more then my average daily eating/routine.. -
..i want to get super strong at hip thrusts.. like hundreds of lbs at one time for reps( this wont happen overnight..it may take a solid year or more but Its a start) and to get pullups and to start sprinting again ..I have more goals ..like getting a coach for myself as far as lifting..and going to school.. may be silly but not to me😎

..my body no matter what all the doctors told me as far as limits go ..are to be non existent..so I want to push myself into this.. growth and progressive overload in major lifts..especially hip thrust..

..ladies if you are looking for significant growth in the 🍑 department..dont be afraid to raise your calories/macros.. whether that be to atleast maintenance level or well above !!!! You want to get stronger ..you need to get out of a deficit mindset.

..I'm proud of how far I have come,  to think years ago I weighed over 35 lbs less then I do now is insane..to think about when I would starve myself and shame my body ..

..I am so amazed with my body and how it is keeping up with me now ..and working properly after all the damage I was doing to it ..
