It's been an amazing week teaching the NUTRITION COACHING BLUEPRINT to nearly 300 amazing coaches!

As I sat quietly reflecting on it this morning, I realized that the MOMENTUM coming out of this group is going to be so strong... It was likely the "kick in the ass" that so many coaches needed to move past any sticking points, and to truly step into the iMPACT they have desired for so long

Now i'm not sure if you are one of the people that participated in the group this week, but I do know that at some point we all need a little "kick in the ass" to move forward... So I wanted to share with you a few things that I've always resorted to when I need a boost:

1 - I get advice from someone that has accomplished more than me - but I limit the number of people giving me advice to no more than 2-3

2 - I find a mentor, and I find a "friend" that is in the trenches with me

3 - I re-connect with myself...and I remember what my own unique gifts are

4 - I stop consuming all BS and put that time/energy into more production

5 - I focus on 1% - trying to grow just 1% better in each dimension of my life (frame, family, finance)

6 - I triple down on what is already working, and stop searching for shiny objects

Here's the truth my friend... Last year at this time I was very unhappy and very unfulfilled

I had no momentum, and well...not much of anything

But the 6 things I listed above moved me forward... Ultimately allowing me to achieve not only more success, but an endless amount of fulfillment inside of that success

Now I know that these things will help you

Seriously though... regardless of the temporary med bloat & fat accumulation in all the wrong places, staying more active through this IVF cycle has done a lot of good... including making me feel better about myself ...and making me feel better in general.

The only time I’ve felt “normal” during this cycle is while I’m exercising. My hormone headache goes away temporarily, I feel more awake, & I don’t feel anxious at all.
.
My fertility bod will go back to my normal fit bod eventually... but until then, I’m just over here giving myself further proof that moving my body is about so. much. more.

So I pushed. ⠀
And I completed each move to the best of MY ABILITY. ⠀

And whoever said those at home workouts are “easy” should probably just look at the sweat covering my shirt 😂⠀

That's right. This crusty old thing that was only worth bare minimum to keep standing a decade ago, when we bought the place - is coming down.

In its place will be a beautious, spacious building for our cars, yard equipment, toys, tools up the wazoo - and a full workout space for me.
.
All my workout gear in one place.
.
I can buy a LEGIT rack for squats, pullups, and the whatnots!
.
High ceilings for overhead work.
.
The wind won't blow right through the place,  so I don't have to worry about training this winter.
.
No critters trying to live under the addition (to the right, you can't see it).
.
It's been a long road, because of the arrival of COVID19 right after we got the ball rolling on the process - but it all culminated with signing papers last weekend and now we can start planning the actual details.

I know tiny tot cannot wait for destruction day.

I love slow, simple, deliberate 2-movement routines like this one — hose rotation to a plank pull through — for consistent and core-crushing work, to keep everything tight for a sustained period.

I just couldn’t find where i asked for your opinion. Habt ihr schonmal erlebt, dass euch eine Person in eure Zukunft oder eure Lebensweise reinreden wollte, ohne dass ihr sie*ihn gefragt habt? .
Habe ich sicherlich auch schon gemacht..aber in letzter Zeit ist mir so stark aufgefallen wie unterschiedlich die Bedürfnisse eines Menschen sein können..einige streben nach Abenteuern, Sicherheit, Karriere...aber in einer Zeit wo es so viele Chancen gibt, sein Leben frei zu gestalten sollte, in der Regel, jede Entscheidung irgendwo akzeptiert werden oder?.. und das was für viele passt muss nicht der richtige Weg für dich sein🤍

Swipe for ingredients! This was about 870 cals, but you could 100% make it more macro friendly by swapping the base to wraps or sandwich things, less cheese (if your weird like that), no perinaise etc. A Chicken & Bacon pizza from dominos is 1200 cals, so this is definitely a better option 👏🏻

I have been there before. I have made my life revolve around my fitness. While in college this was a thing for me and sure I was in great physical shape. But that mindset was not okay for me anymore. When in high school my life did revolve around fitness as a competitive athlete. As I've gotten older though I've realized that it is just a small part of my life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A very important part of my life, but small at the same time. Having one thing consume your life isn't a healthy lifestyle. It is a disordered lifestyle. Being healthy doesn't mean spending hours upon hours working out or only focusing on fitness.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Also managed to get a @shreddy long resistance band yesterday so I can start adding that into my workouts! ⁣

I’m going to try and get back into a good workout routine on Monday, I’m definitely feeling motivated again - sometimes you just need to have a break and enjoy the sunshine! (I’ve still been working out but I’ve definitely skipped a few workouts recently) ⁣
